In general, the staff were not friendly, the bikes rented in the hotel were unsafe and explained, and I had a major accident and they were inaction. Very disappointing!

The AC did not work properly at our room and we slept 2 hours the first night. Just saw after the first night thst our sheet was not clean and plenty of yellow stains on it which i am not even going to put in to details, but it looked like a couple probably had a good time in those sheets. At breakfast they had people at 2 tables but we still had to wait before getting seated. We like the property but this time they have had a lot of issues.

This is my second visit to this hotel. I like how clean and beautiful it is and its smells amazing everywhere you go. The pool area is also very nice.

Great property, about a 12 minute drive to Disney. Pool area was great with a pool bar/restaurant that stayed open late. Hotel was clean and always felt safe. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel and property was good. Def was not clean enough you could feel the dust in carpets draperies and on the floor. The check in rep never mentioned anything that the hotel Had to offer was pretty much here in key and you are on your own.
