Very nice enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff all very attentive. The only down point is the night unrelated to the property but during our stay were two little kids running and screaming playing at 12am waking us up only to find out they were left unsupervised and rooming next to us.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the art/style was eye catching. Our room was clean, although we didn't do any upgrades, I love that it would have been easy to add them from the website. We will be coming back!

There’s a $50 daily fee they don’t mention until you arrive at the front desk, the money comes back to your card after you stay but just a heads up if you’re fine with extra money being taken out of your bank account and held.

I stayed at the hotel last night me and my wife and unfortunately had a disappointed experience, I couldn't get a good night sleep due to something biting me through the night, I tried to ignore it at first but it got worse and left me feeling itchy and restless, on top of that the floor between the carpet and the tile had a squeaky spot that made noise every time we walked over it which became really irritating, I expected more comfort and cleanliness from a hotel stay, i’m hoping management addresses these issues

The carpet in room was wet/damp from them shampooing the carpet the day before.they suggested putting in blower to dry the carpet why we was out but never happened. My wife went to speak to the front desk and they told her the could give us a room but of less value than the one we had purchase and couldn’t refund us the difference of the room. The customer service was very poor. It’s not worth the money the charge

Staff did not respond to our request for additional towels. We had to ask a couple of times. E also requested they clean our room but they waited until late afternoon until we returned not when they were in the hallway cleaning in the morning.

Beware extra charges.
On appearance hotel and pool nice. There’s lots of hidden extra charges when paid in full and in advance which spoilt the stay. Charge a 18% service charge extra to an already paid self service buffet breakfast and extortionate room service charges and then expect additional gratuity on top of the service charge. Breakfast with service charge is 49.97 for 2 which for the quality is not good. Charge 50 dollars a night deposit so when you have 3 rooms soon adds up. If we’d stay two weeks it would have been 2100 which is immediately charged to your card unlike other hotels which just have a small pending charge. Checkout is at 11am the cleaner came 3 times to each of our rooms from 9 o clock onwards which was annoying and unnecessary.
