A lot of confusion around bus pick up at the airport. We were told a certain number, but they did not pull into that spot. Once in that spot we could not read where the bus was going. Would have been helpful to know that the bus had cookies on it, as we missed the first bus and had to call multiple times to get another one. Better communication would be great.
