we have a very well- fully equipped kitchen, foldable tables to make dedicated workspaces, and built in laundry facilities.
We provide contactless entry and departure with 24/7 manned security gate at Solterra Resort.
We pride ourselves on having a very clean and pristine vacation home!
(Please note: Our maximum capacity is 10 people, therefore if more than 10 do stay here, you will be charged $40 per day per extra person.)
We respond quickly to any questions or concerns before, during and after your stay.
We provide a complete set of Baby Gear, all Resort Facilities, Screened-in backyard with covered Lanai Patio, 2 parking spaces right outside the front door, 1 GIG high-speed WIFI, Google Nest Speaker, Kuerig and Cuisinart drip coffee makers, fully equipped kitchen, stoneware and plastic dish & cups sets, Weber BBQ Grill.

Baby Gear Included - A full size crib, a play and stay portable and collapsible crib, playpen, graco click connect stroller, highchair, baby stairgate with other misc baby and children needs.

The Grand Clubhouse Resort Amenity area is a 2 - minute walk away.
It includes a fitness center, playground, games room, Pickle Ball Courts including equipment and balls, tennis courts, zero depth entrance pool, water slide, lazy river, spa whirlpool, loungers, and pool side cafe.
Please note: When you check in, you pay them a $35 admin. fee for your entire group for your entire stay! That's it, no other fees!

This beautiful townhome is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped for a relaxing escape from active days at the parks or after an amazing time at the Solterra Resort Grand Clubhouse Pool area of this community.

We have a sunny southeast facing pool, screen enclosed backyard area with children pool safety fence, a covered Lanai patio with a ceiling fan, pool adjacent bathroom.

6 Ceiling Fans and 5 Smart TV's throughout. (Living Room TV is new in 2022)

10 beach towels, 20 bath towels, many other towels, washcloths, dish drying towels and cloths. The Kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the chef in you.

Our home is self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towel roll, dishwasher tab, and kitchen sponge. All provisions beyond this are the guests' responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited paper or toiletries.

Christmas in Florida

We came from Germany to spend a sunny Christmas in Florida.We are 6 adults and needed a large house and this was perfect! Great beds, lovingly decorated, clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family and I. Plenty of room, spacious kitchen, great amenities. Clubhouse area was an added bonus. Granddaughters loved swimming in the pool. Great location as we weren't too far from anything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this location. Willl definitely visit again.

This was the perfect place for our family on our vacation! The rooms were great sizes with multiple bathrooms that made getting ready a breeze for all! The facilities at the resort were well tended to with activities planned for all ages. You won’t regret booking here.

Beautiful with private pool

Really enjoyed our stay at this rental. Loved having a private pool and the entire place was very clean. I also loved having the safety gate for the pool with having our toddler there. Would highly recco this place for people with small kids. The only thing I didn’t love was that the pool borders a busy and at times noisy intersection of the gated community, which is not possible to see from rental pictures. Overall was very quiet inside so it wouldn’t deter me from renting again. A few reccos to the owner- would recommend having bath mats in the bathrooms. We used towels which was fine but is slippery without something there.

Family Trip to Disney

This house had plenty of space for our family of 8. We took advantage of the house pool and club house facilities, including the exercise room, pool, hot tub, and lazy river, very nice. Distance to Disney World and Universal was very reasonable. Resort staff and hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have family time during the evenings. We had a very enjoyable stay, great memories.

This house is beautiful, clean and very spacious. It’s even bigger than it looks in the pictures, there’s a lot of room to spread out. The beds were all comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Great outdoor area for taking a swim and having dinner by the pool.

Stop looking this house is the one!

Myself and my family total of 8 of us enjoyed our stay! The house and decor was exactly as described it was clean, bright and welcoming. The pool area at the house as well as the resort was top tier. The beds were comfortable and cozy we all slept like babies. The neighborhood and neighbors were friendly we felt safe they even have 24 armed guards.. A total plus! The owners answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. All I can say is the search is over, stop looking Andy & Sandy’s house is the ONE!!! Simply beautiful… We will be back!!

Multi-Family Vacation in Florida

Our families absolutely loved our stay at this property. Before the trip ended we were already discussing wanting to rent this home again. The house was spacious for our two families (9 in total), offered an abundance of amenities, and a welcoming environment. The home was exactly as described, and the host was wonderful to work with (a great communicator and very responsive). We enjoyed the open layout, private pool, and close proximity to the theme parks. The home offered everything we wanted and needed so we were able to relax and enjoy our trip. The community pool, water slide and lazy river were a hit with our kids too. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We made wonderful memories, and hope to be back!

Beautiful Townhome!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhouse. It was exactly like the pictures. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The plunge pool was a hit with my teen girls (mom & dad too!), they would relax and chat after a long day of being out and about. We had one issue with the filtration system in the pool not working (due to the storm). I called the management team when I noticed it in the morning, and it was back on within 1 hour. Fantastic service! This home is definitely on my list for a return visit. Thanks for sharing your home!

1st Family Vacay w/kids and grandkids.

Absolutely a beautiful home! Better than the pics. Great place to enjoy family. Spacious!! Loved it! Having a private pool was fabulous!! We could sit on the lanai and chat while keeping a close watch on the kids in the pool. Fantastic place! If we come back to Florida it will be the first place to rent again!!
