we had a bad experience as we were a group of 16 people booked in the same hotel confirming the airport shuttle to pick us up. It was 10 PM when we landed in terminal A and the staff kept on telling us we need to go to terminal B as there was traffic jam for more than an hour while all shuttle services were operating normally. The staff would ask us to be on hold but never come back with an answer. After an hour we somehow reached terminal with all the luggage ( we were going on cruise the next day) and small kids.. We had to wait for 30 minutes more for the shuttles to come. Pretty bad experience being Hilton gold Member. Don't book it if you want airport shuttle service

Very nice hotel. Perfect location. You can walk to restaurants and only about a 3 min drive to the hotel. They also offer free shuttles to the airport if needed. Highly recommend this hotel

The towels in the bathroom.had brown on them, they weren't even changed. The room smelled so so so old. The fridge was so loud i had to unplug it. Staff was not friendly

This was our 2nd stay here. Both times to catch an early flight the next day. The location to MCO is perfect!! The beds are comfy, rooms are clean showers are great. Will be our goto hotel for easy MCO access !!
