We were woken up at 3 am by water leaking from the ceiling onto our bed (specifically onto our face and pillow). We had to move the mattress onto the floor and place cups under the leak. Constant dripping water noise made it impossible to fall back to sleep. We don’t even know what the water was coming from, but after closer inspection it was apparent that this wasn’t the first time this had leaked. The front desk moved us to a new room for the next night but would not credit us for the bad night. We asked to speak to the manager and they were not available. I asked to have them contact me and they did not. I called several times over a period of weeks and never got a response. Very disappointed especially since we have stayed there several times over the past couple of years since we now have family living nearby in Orlando. If we would have received any kind of communication or acknowledgement of the issue I would rate the property much higher. But to never respond to me is unacceptable.
