The room had plenty of space. Plenty for my family of 5. There were 2 bunkbeds but the mattresses were super thin. There was a lot of moisture in the room. It was cool to have an onsite Applebees and kids eat free!

The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, none of the plugs worked. Unable to plug the actual phone plug into the plug wall. The beds were very uncomfortable, it was like a huge hole was in the middle of the mattress. The shower head made a weird loud noise when the water is turned on.

👎Customer star rating didn’t match my experience
Strong chemical smell in room (previous guests’ perfume/cologne on sheets). Transportation to theme parks is performative—it goes at inconvenient times and doesn’t pick up at MK at all—seems like it’s designed to discourage use. Guest litter, only one working elevator in our building (six floors), etc. Beds were comfy though. Wish we would have stayed elsewhere.

The phone was broken When I called they kept hanging up on me because they couldn’t hear me. The electrical outlets on the lamp didn’t work to charge your phone. in the room. The coffee maker was broken When I try to make my elderly dad a cup of coffee in the morning because he has trouble walking around it leaked everywhere and was making a loud noise and I know how to use it because I have a Keurig at home not very helpful at the front desk. Staff came to the door to Deliver blanket . I had to call my brother-in-law to call the front desk from his room. We. asked her for 2 blankets When she showed up she couldn’t understand me only brought one and couldn’t even communicate. All she said was no English no English which is absurd very disappointing have stayed at many Holiday Inns but Will not come back to this one.

unfortunately upon check in they had us with a king bed. i specifically requested 2 queens with a balcony. i let the gentleman know at check in that we needed two queens. when we got to our room it was a king bed. we had to wait only about ten minutes for someone to bring us new keys. we had to walk two buildings over and our new room was not a balcony.

Nice hotel- but don’t count on the shuttle
Hotel Was clean, roomy and had a nice pool. Comfortable beds. Many businesses/restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The shuttle service to local parks and attractions was scheduled at inconvenient times (7a.m. To City Walk) with too many stops at other hotels. Ended up having to Uber more than I would have liked, as I booked the hotel based on the advertised shuttle service.
