check-in was ok but we were missing towels. In a room for 4 we got only 3 towels. When I went down to the front desk they gave me the additional towel without a problem, but was something basic that should have been done from the start. the room was mostly clean but you could tell it hasn't been used in a while. A good cleaning before check in would have been nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff, definitely the highlight of the stay. The hotel has good structure and is well located, but the room felt a bit dated. The bed, in particular, was not very comfortable and could be improved. Overall, a good experience, especially because of the staff.

This was our second stay here - check in is easy, parking good, love the included breakfast and it's super central to everywhere we wanted to go. Only downside both times was housekeeping literally does the least - never makes beds, rarely changes towels, def doesn't pick up in the kitchen area.

This hotel is excellent location for several venues within walking distance and transportation to several parks. Lots of restaurants and an Outlet mall. Staff was super helpful, specially Michael and Le'Mon at the front desk. Food was excellent with different varieties and yummy, specially to a family of 6. Room was roomy and spacious, super clean and beds super comfortable, even sofa bed. Definitely will stop there again. Thank you for everything!

Immaculate room/lobby/gym…exceptional staff. Stayed here for 4 nights with the family, and it was wonderful. If you are bringing the kiddos to Disney, don’t pay those insane resort prices. This is an easy 15min drive to any park, restaurants and shopping all around, at a FRACTION of the price.
