Your staff was amazing. Took 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up, but return shuttle driver to the airport was fantastic. The reception staff was fabulous. I had another flight today and traveling with medication that needs to be kept refrigerated. I needed to refreeze ice packs. The night receptionist took my ice packs and put in the hotel freezer. This morning the receptionist knew what I was talking about and immediately retrieved the frozen ice packs. Awesome!

Booked a king 6 months in advance got a double bed at check in. World of Hyatt member and still did not get what I reserved! Told they were sold out of king size beds and I booked through a third party (Travelocity). Consequently, my room was not given priority.

The room was very clean. Disappointed it did not have a microwave for very early morning breakfast. Nice to have a to go bag for early flights if no microwave. I know there is one in the eating area but it is inconvenient in the early am. Also the coffee is terrible in the downstairs kitchen area. It tastes bitter/burnt. The same the last 3 times i stayed there.
