Hotel was fabulous for what we needed. Transfer from the airport to the hotel was horrible however. Not the transportation in itself but the organization of it. So many people trying to get on the shuttle at the same time. Front desk and the driver should have a list of those who have called for pick up and what families are going on each shuttle to avoid chaos at the airport. Our poor driver was bombarded by people shoving there way on to the shuttle with no room.

Booked almost a year ago yet when we arrived the room type (two queens) not available. Website indicated a restaurant/lounge with full menu. Email received the day before indicated restaurant/lounge would be open. All that was available was pizza (2 kinds) and salad (1 kind) and a minimal bar menu - not at all what website indicated. If the offering has changed, the website should be changed so potential guests can make informed decisions before booking.

Various issues arose during our stay. The rooms have hardwood flooring thereby amplifying all sounds from other rooms. Sensors continually turned off light even when they were needed, including in the bathroom while showering. Air conditioner worked well when it stayed on by it too turned off without warning.
