The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver(not sure of her name)but she was very friendly as well. The hotel lobby and elevator was clean. The room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortably. The only thing I would say needs a little attention is the lighting in the room needs to be brighter

It’s was a quick trip and everything was great but the shuttle only goes to one terminal, so if you have a lot of bags be mindful of that.

Very accommodating friendly staff
Returned from cruise, wanted hotel close to air port with early shuttle service. We arrived early and were able to get us into our room at 12. Even shuttled us to our restaurant for dinner. Very accomadating friendly staff.

Only complaint during the one night stay we had would be on the 4th floor where our rooms were had the smelled of Marijuana throughout the whole floor.

Nice place, nice rooms erc. Staff was courteous and kind. Not a big fan of paying $15.00 for parking in the hotel though. Probably necessary consudering the proximity to the airport but still another upcharge
