Bad Service

The service was terrible, at the breakfast buffet on July 19th, around 7:30 am my couple and I were selecting various items such as scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese-standards offerings in a buffet. While doing so, several staff members began to stare at us inappropriately, making comments such as “Wow” and “Oh my God” This behavior made us feel uncomfortable. A staff member named Sonia was also part of the situation, after we sat down to eat, she immediately went to inspect the food area, almost as we had cause a mess or depleted the offerings, and then loudly said, “Guys everything is okay”. Her attitude throughout our stay has been consistently unwelcoming. She was the only front desk staff member who did not greet us and often gives us unfriendly looks. Unfortunately this experience with Sonia and the kitchen staff made us uncomfortable and unwelcome during our stay. I felt it was important to bring this to your attention so steps can be taken to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy. Sincerely, Amarylis Resto Room:421

Nice, but…

Nice hotel. Conveniently located to the airport. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast disappointing. Wonderful breakfast area with poor food. Eggs not edible. Potatoes and tea water cold. This was our only complaint for an otherwise nice hotel. Well that, and a $20 charge to park the car - even for overnight guests. Yikes!
