The room was actually clean, not just the surface clean you get at a lot of hotels. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful!

This property was convenient. The airport shuttle was helpful. The only thing I didn’t like which is not uncommon in hotels is the mirror area is so dark. It’s very hard to put your make up on in darkness.

Shuttle arrived within 5 minutes at stated meeting point. Breakfast had diverse menu for any guest. Our only complaint was air conditioning was at times extremely loud hindering sleep at times. Discussed with front desk and they said they would address. Left after one night as planned so don't know if it was addressed.

Breakfast was until 930am. I was with my son and he had a bad headache in the am. We went downstairs at 930am and the woman closed the food door in our face. She saw my son there and i see all the bagels and donuts and i said can he get something and she said no it's 930. What were you going to do With those bagels and donuts??
