Iceland's summer home

Velkomin! Come and stay in our beautiful townhome! Fully renovated in January 2022, in the stunning Windsor Hills resort. One of the few townhomes that doesn’t have a splash pool, enjoy the spacious patio deck with no rear neighbors. Laminate flooring throughout entire home.

Keyless entry that eliminates the hassle of keys and the code is changed after each stay to ensure the safety of our guests. Ring doorbell for security.

Downstairs has a queen bed with private en-suite bathroom. Wall mounted TV with Netflix app. Fully updated equipped kitchen, with pots and pans, everything you will need from coffee maker to a griddle, to make fresh pressed sandwiches.

Cozy living room with a sectional and 2 chairs, with a 4 chair and bench dining table.

Upstairs has TWO king bedrooms, both with TVs with their own en-suite bathrooms. Black out curtains to help block sunlight.

Full size washer and dryer in upstairs landing.

For the little ones we have a pack n play, high chair and a baby walker available.

4 night minimum stay, preferably 5 night stay during the holidays. During the holidays, if your selected dates fit into a gap, but because of the minimum number of nights required it will not let you book, please contact us as we are more than willing to help in confirming your dates.

Please note to our future guests that this home is classed as "self-providing." We do not leave any food or products that could attract pests, for the cleanliness for our guests. We provide the basic package of a toilet roll in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets. We only provide this basic package to help you start with your vacation needs.

Windsor Hills resort is a gated community which is manned 24/7. As for the community rules, there is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home, which includes daily visitors. All clubhouse amenities are included in your stay. Daily visitors are not allowed to use the clubhouse amenities, only guests staying on property.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great Place to Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! Perfect for our family of four, it’s ideally located near both Disney Parks and Universal Studios. The place was clean and well-equipped, with a few starter items to make our arrival easy. Communication with the owners was flawless, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. It’s also just a short walk to the Windsor Hills Club House, which has a great community pool, marketplace, and grill. Plus, Walmart is right up the street for any additional necessities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family-friendly, convenient spot near the parks!

Perfect for family holiday

Property exactly as described in a quiet area of Windsor Hills. Kids really enjoyed the pool (5 min walk away). Great location with all the Disney/Universal parks between 15-30 mins drive away depending on traffic which was ideal for us. Walmart and restaurants also close by. Would definitely recommend if you value a bit of quiet time away from the parks along with a bit more space and comfort.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Iceland's summer home. The property was clean, cozy and well-stocked. Amazing property!

We loved everything about our stay here! The communication was great, the check in process was easy and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. We primarily were travelling to Disney parks during our stay so the location and proximity was perfect. We would take a break from the heat in the parks in the afternoon and because the house was so close, it didn’t feel like it was a hassle to pop back to the house to cool off. The beds were comfy and the street was very quiet. The new blue paint colour outside is lovely as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Awesome!

This vacation home is as advertised. Impeccably clean, well-stocked kitchen, quite street, “forever wild” view out the back, convenient to Disney and more. This house was a reprieve after long days at Disney yet only a short 15-minute drive from the park. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances; coffee makers, toaster, cooking utensils, even a blender for our smoothies. We hosted our daughter and her family for dinner one evening (they stayed at the Disney Boardwalk Hotel). The grand kids enjoyed the clubhouse pool and slides. We were able to rent a basketball for $5 so one of the kids could shoot hoops at the club basketball court. The other two kids enjoyed the arcade game room. We had dinner as a family in the back screened porch. The house and shared clubhouse facilities made for a lovely family evening. We’re persnickety about mattress and pillow quality. We slept well, which was in part due to the luxury hotel quality mattress which was much appreciated after long days on our feet. Finally, Natalie, the host, was definitely the most responsive VRBO host I’ve encountered. She responded in a prompt, professional and pleasant manner to every message. We highly recommend this place!
