First the good - the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and caring. The bad - the room was disgusting. Dirty and literally falling apart. There was an inch of dust on all fixtures. The back of the bathroom door looked like a crime scene, the floor boards and doors had water damage and the room had a very musty/moldy smell. To say this hotel is in need of a total renovation is putting it lightly.

The bedlinen was stained and worn. There was a burn mark in the comforter I complained to the desk staff. He apologized and offered another room. I wantef to check it out before moving all my stuff. Unfortunately that room wasnt much cleaner Housekeeping neefs to do better!!!!

First, there was a dead lizard and a toilet covered in feces in the room when we arrived. Then, we went to get our rooms switched and they assigned the dirty room to the gentleman behind us without cleaning it. Bugs everywhere, including the rooms. Rude staff!!! I'm all set with La Quinta after this. Never again!!

I really like my stay but the only thing I never like was eating the same breakfast every morning pancake,Boil eggs,Bagel, it take good but some morning the eggs was cold I wish if the menu would been which up maybe instead of boil eggs it can be fry eggs that’s the only thing I never like 10/10 must try again

First room i was given smelled like mold. After getting settled in, and i wanted to shower i noticed the bathroom area wasnt cleaned well. Mold in the tub, ceiling and closet door. I was moved to a new room which didnt have n issue at all. The overnight staff at the front desk ( i didnt get the gentleman's name) was excellent! He was understanding and did his best to accommodate me. As for the room's cleanliness, something to work on to keep at the rooms at par.

I did not like anything about this hotel staff or property. This hotel is located in sunny humid Florida. Wanted to take a dip and cool off in pool but pool was filthy and full of garbage. Same thing as my room "sticky stains" on furniture and carpet just nasty. Someone 's hair all over bathroom.
