The room was not clean properly in the suite bathroom has hair in the walls. We don't have water in the shower. They had a problem in the Boyle machine.

Great location, needs updating and revamping.
Convenient for family trips. Dishwasher didn't work properly, had to do dishes every day. The magnetic band in the card keys is really sensitive, stops working easily and we took frequent trips to the front desk to fix. Time to change mattresses and sofas, ours were overused, uncomfortable and pretty worn out. Terrible smell of dampness in hallways, maybe also change carpet.

Building 3 6th floor, common area smelled of mildew and dampness. There was a dehumidifier in the hall way. Room was ok, felt very worn, the chairs at the dining table felt as if they wouldnt support weight in the center. Ceiling fans covered in dust and so old and exposed to dampness the blades drooped. Parking was good found a nice spot in the parking garage next the elevator that fit my F350. Did not use the water park or amenities to cold during our stay.

I really want to give 5 stars but the when you walk off the elevator to go to the apartment there is an overwhelming musty smell. Then when we were in our apartment the smell was so bad, we got there at 3:30am and I had been driving over 12 hours so at that point I just wanted to sleep and worry about it tomorrow. We bought airfresher the next day, it’s not like we planned to be in the room often, and decided to just deal with it. The couch and the dining chairs really need to be replaced. Those were really gross. We sat on towels when sitting at the table, sat on the couch for a minute, felt the springs. In positive words, I loved the layout of the apartment, we didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it looked decent. The view from the balcony was pretty and the people who work there were super nice (guest services, maintenance, and landscaping guys- really only talked to them in passing but they were polite)

We Booked a room for additional money to see the fireworks. I called down to the front desk and they said they think that it is at 8 o’clock. They are controlled by Epcot so our children sat at Window waiting for the fireworks to come, it was 9 o’clock and it was time for the children to go to bed. Did not see any fireworks the whole time we were there. We did hear around 9:30 or 10 o’clock what sounded like fireworks, but we did not see any fireworks. I feel that when you advertise a room for more money to see the fireworks and you don’t get to see him is very unfair and false advertising. I understand that you do not control The fireworks display however you should have some kind of disclaimer stating that there is a possibility of not seeing the fireworks at a certain time or at all. Due to the fact that you do not control the fireworks, and there is a possibility that you do not and would not see them. The price should be the same and should not have an up charge For a room where you might or might not see fireworks. You do have a beautiful pool there however it was very cold. I did speak with Xavier about the fireworks not being seen and he said basically because we don’t control the firework displays, and have no control of them however, you do have control over your rates. It should be the same and not be an up charge for a possible view of the fireworks.

I had called months ahead to ensure pools are heated in the off season, the front deak said absolutely. Once we arrived we headed to the pool for some fun. Ice cold, the bar staff and others said that they never heat the kid pool with the pirate ship. What a waste. The rooms and furniture were rundown, they had a flood on the our floor that smelled terrible! Building 3 on the 7th floor. The dishes and silverware were dirty. I recommend staying elsewhere for a few exra dollars.

Family fun in Orlando
The staff are absolutely amazing! Bery helpful and friendly. The spa is fabulous, so relaxing and the staff were perfect. Our only complaints are, washer and dryer are very noisy and don't dry very well ( not a huge deal) , the ac had issues but they fixed right away, and lastly there was a plumbing issue. Water was coming through the bathroom light in the middle of the night but maintenance fixed it right away. Would totally stay here again.
