Very good location

A good option for families to stay near Disney property. We got the 2 bedrooms/ 2 bath. Place was impeccably clean. Location is great. The pool looked fantastic but we didn’t have the chance to use it because the week we went was really cold (January). I didn’t give a 5 star mostly because the furniture in that room needs an update, mattresses need to be replaced for newer ones (they were clean but felt a bit worn out) so does the carpet not only in the room but hallways too. The 8th floor on building 3 smells like cigarettes and mold together, despite looking very clean. Bathrooms were clean and everything was working properly. Kitchen too.

This place is exactly what you would expect. I wouldn’t call it a budget place but it definitely needs an update. It’s close to the parks and you get what you pay for here definitely worth the discount. We got going on the off-season. I would recommend this place and will probably stay here again if we ever do visit Disney World or universal parks

The 3 bedroom was spacious and fit our family's needs. Having laundry and a full kitchen was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub on a cool January evening. We would have liked the pool to be heated in January. We also did not like the smell of marijuana that ran through the building and the elevator.

The best way to do this is to put this in pros and cons: Pros: -fully functional kitchen -nice fireworks display (Disney) -cool pirate ship at the pool -water slide is bigger than we thought -clean property -big rooms -family friendly -front desk was quick to respond with issues -fully functioning jacuzzi tub -close to grocery stores (ex. Walmart, Target) -close to restaurants (ex. Applebees) -Disney pretty close -Close to (Free) Disney Springs -Views from top floors were amazing for overview and sunsets Cons: -dishwasher front broken (dangerous to kids) -dishwasher wouldn’t take pods -mould in window frame due to early morning condensation -token machine at arcade broken (took money) -arcade game not maintained/broken (stole tokens) -kitchen not fully stocked with basic kitchenware (ex. oven mitts) -bar owners who owned arcade (1 in particular) was not very kind when asking about tokens -shower had constant drip -going into the room, door would get stuck -when asking for what to do around the area, was being pushed towards a 90 minutes time share meeting (Via Sky/Guest Services) with the resort (after saying no) -“heated” pool had a very strong natural gas smell Overall, even with it being a bit chilly (shorts weather for us Canadians), there was still lots to do and the hotel was pretty decently priced. Would we come back? Absolutely. Constructive criticism is here to make it the best it can be.

It definitely is a dated building, old carpet and worn out furniture, however staying there was great. We travelled as 2 couples and 3 kids and there was 3 bedrooms so everyone had their own room. Transportstion to and from the large parks was free which is a big saver on $$. We did universal and Disney world. The pool isn’t heated and was rather cold, not really ideal for kids.

It was a very nice place to stay with our family. The suite was spacious and clean. We were able to relax comfortable after a day out exploring. It was a little to cool out for us to use the pool. It was nice to have shopping close by. A great spot for families that need lots of room and kitchen amenities.

The outside of the property is nice and the pool area was nice as well. That’s about all I can say. The hallway to the room smelled absolutely atrocious, like moldy/mildew. Inside the room, the dining chair left my jacket smelling like urine, floors were old and furniture was old and stained. No smell inside the room thankfully, they don’t give you extra towels so you are supposed to wash them. The dryer didn’t work and took 4 cycles to dry one load of towels. Dishwasher was so loud it sounded like the ocean. Staff unfriendly when asked about a replacement key bc ours was deactivated. Very unimpressed with the property and would stay elsewhere in the future.

Upon check in, they refer you to another counter to recieve a "welcome package" which is a timeshare breakfast pitch. So, I'd avoid that next time. The property was average, but clean. The pool was very cold for a "seasonally heated" outdoor pool...even for our MN family. In our room, the remotes route a batteries and we called and asked for a new ones and they never came so we had to buy some. The locks on the smaller bedroom and bathroom did not work. The kitchen chairs by the table were scuffed and ripped up so we made sure to document that to not be charged for it. The large jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom spit out dirt no matter how many times we cleaned it/ran the jets, so it was not usable. We did call the guest services the first day able to check they said they'd send somebody to fix it and nobody ever came. There was a lot of stains on our beds and floors in all carpeted rooms. The freezer did not freeze and the dryer took forever to dry regular size loads. Where is all sufficient family so we just bought more paper towels and toilet paper because the housekeeping fee to even have your garbage taken out and get fresh towels is $10 a day for a two bedroom and for bedrooms or $20 a day. So be prepared to rewash your towels if you don't want to pay for more and bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. We don't travel often, so maybe this is the norm, but it is definitely not what we expected.

I had to add an extra night, because of my mistake, so I had two reservations(I had to switch rooms) for a 3/2 suite advertised for eight people. Both rooms only had 6 towels, 6 sets of silverware, and 6 chairs at the table. So we shared forks, had to get the front desk to bring more towels, and had to sit n the sofa to eat.

Condition of accommodation was average. Interior was dated, furniture marked and damaged and not fully equipped ie no Mugs, Kettle, Saucepans etc It was reasonably clean, although not completely and there were awful stains on lounge curtains. However the tenants living at the property were disrespectful making noise throughout the night, screaming and running around the communal areas. The smell of weed in the corridors and when trying to enjoy the fresh air on the balcony was overpowering and pretty much constant Would not stay again at best this is a 2 star accommodation, not as described.

We had a great stay at the resort. The place had everything we needed, it was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and in suite laundry. It was close to the theme parks and shopping. The pool was a nice break when we needed some down time.

That was my first time in this hotel resort and I thought that was just pictures from website that I saw but wasn’t it’s real, it’s beautiful, I love the apartment the one we’re renting it pretty good and bigger than we thought. I really recommend it.
