Property was clean and good location for a disney trip. The air conditioning did not work in all the rooms so one was very cold while others were hot. That made the trip uncomfortable

Has great potential after renovations
This place has potential, and we saw that a lot of the units are being renovated. Unfortunately, our unit seems to be on the waiting list of those renovations. Very spacious unit with a nice sized bathroom. The kitchen is just a kitchenette and was pretty bare so bring your own stuff. Including utensils and stuff. We would stay here again once renovations are complete for sure. Great location and great potential.

Es bueno el lugar. Teniamos otros cuartos super buenos y limpios. Ya que el area era new pero, el que me toco a mi el baño super incomodo y banera vieja tipo jacussi viejo. Lo que me molesto y asusto fue que me podia caer ya que tenia escalones para poder entrar a la banera. Creo que si no estaran limpiando ya que se cobra adicional entonces para que es el resort fee. Si no entraran a limpiar lo unico que se recomienda es que por lo menos dejen bolsas para la basura y articulos adicionales del bano.

So the first thing I noticed was that I did not see that they were doing renovations. I arrived to check out around 930/10 pm and they redirected me to a hotel room set up for check in and I walked in and the security walked in behind us and closed the door. The room itself was lovely but the water doesn’t stay hot enough to fill the tub :( would have liked to use it the way ur supposed to use it.

Not bad, nice but needs some work
The suit was nice and comfortable, biggest concern was the door that connects to the adjacent suite didn’t see very secure which made it difficult to sleep. Also walls are pretty thin could hear damn near everything. Oh also there is a door in the closet creepy but it’s just a service access for the ac unit.

I stayed 3 nights in a mini suite and it has absolutely nothing to do with the pictures in the website. The property is really old and the walls are not sound proof so you can hear what all other people from other rooms do. We had terrible nights with people from one side doing bathroom parties at 1 am, we could even hear the bath tub get filled and the shower on. On the other side we could hear people talking in Spanish on the phone and even the smoke of marijuana came into our room from the shared door. We had to improvise a towel to try to keep the bad smell away, but it was not enough. It was awful. Just go somewhere else. As we were visiting Disney, we came back to the hotel and got to sleep early so we could enjoy our day, unfortunately we did not rest well due to those circumstances.

Great place large and plenty of room to spread out! We were in 3 bedroom renovated villa and it was perfect for our girls trip. So close to Disney Springs and lots of great area restaurants. Grocery near by for essentials. Will stay here again.

Nice property in a good location for a Universal Studios visit. Comfortable, except that we didn't realize the air conditioning wasn't working before we left for the park and got back very late. I'm sure they would have fixed it quickly if we had notified someone, but we didn't want to bother with it at 2am.

As a frequent traveler, i see a lot of good and bad in places so i understand not everything can be perfect all the time however...this deserves a mention. First know that this property is under renovation and you will ecperience small inconveniences. But lets talk about renovations. Our suites bathroom was something ive never seen. Shower was in a jacuzzi, off centered with only one hand rail which was too far to use. Very slippery and dangerous. When showering you have to stand partially on the jacuzzi seat...very unstable. No shower curtain so water goes all over the place. And then to get out, you have to step up onto a tile floor. This is a bad accident waiting to happen. Im a very healthy and physically active 50 year old so its not about me having those limitations. On a better note...the suite is beautiful and well staged in a great location. If you decide to stay here just know the bathroom situarion is serious.
