Lin (and her husband) and the Vista Kay team were FABULOUS to work with. I cannot say enough about their service, professionalism and room quality.
I met Lin this April, when I rented 11 separate condos with the Vista Kay team for 32 employees we brought to a work conference at the Orlando Convention Center. From beginning to end, we could not have had a better experience. Lynn sent us a series of options of her favorite condos – making better recommendations than we ever would have.
Once we made our selections, she sent us updates and excel sheets to track the check-in dates, and bent over backwards to support us, including sending emails to each condo with local information and check-in details, and even letting me pre-ship material to her office. Then, on the day of check in she was there to personally ensure everyone got into their condos.
Lin and the whole Vista Kay experience was truly five-star - organized, professional and responsive. Our team included pretty senior sales people and executives, all of whom are pretty demanding (or needy) – all of whom had terrific things to say about the Vista Kay service.
The condos themselves were immaculate. The furniture and appliances were modern, the beds were plush, and entire place was so clean you could eat off the floor. I only saw the pool and the walking paths from a distance, but a few people went in, and found them very relaxing. (And, finally, when some of the team inevitably left their keys or phone chargers in the condo, Lynn mailed them back to the team herself.)
If you are heading to an event at the Conference Center – or just visiting Orlando in general, Vista Kay is probably the best option you can come up with. We looked around a lot, and chose Vista Kay for the overall look and feel of the place, all of which made sense. We will return to Vista Kay when the conference does for a different reason – Lin and her team exceeded our expectations at every turn, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
