Located at The Grande in Reunion Resort, this luxury condo boasts gorgeous views from its furnished balcony, elegant-yet-comfortable furnishings throughout, and access to a community rooftop pool to enjoy on balmy summer days. The full kitchen boasts every essential, including stainless steel appliances, a bar counter with stools for two, and an adjacent glass-top dining table. There's plenty of space to spread out in the plush living room and in the private, beautiful bedrooms - each of which is paired with its own oversize en suite bathroom.

The fridge sounded like a dirt bike running at full throttle in the kitchen. It took 26 hours for someone to come to look at it! We couldn’t sit in the family room since we couldn’t hear the TV or have a conversation. We couldn’t unplug it for fear of our 200.00 in groceries going bad. They finally had us move to another residence at 8:30 the next evening.

Location, Location, Location
Great place to stay if you are going to Kissimmee, FL. The location is perfect and Hotel beats the heck out of a house. Some suggestions would be to update the furnishing and to do some fine tuning on prep for the occupants, such as, making sure the shower water is easier to adjust for comfort and all lamps are operable. Pretty great place though!

Needed a good cleaning and several fixes.
Very disappointed on the overall cleanliness of the condo. Commode had a dirty ring around as well as the pillow on the master bedroom had a head print from someone laying on it. (Seriously I have photos) the master commode ran continuous. The washer/ dryer did not work and the washer front was laying beside the washer. In the extra bathroom the shower did not have hot water for 2 of the days as well as the water just stopping after a few moments in the shower. Another thing that was strange the top sheet on the king master bed had the fitted sheet on top. This was not even close to being everything that was not right but this was enough. Sorry but will never do this again.

This place was very nice and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort was great and had so many fun activities for families!! The pools were nice and clean. My only issue was that the water park was not included with our stay. But overall our experience was really great and we would definitely stay again!!

Checking in process appeared to be very easy, except for the fact that I was provided with the wrong access code. In turn, it took a while to finally gain entry. The first night, we experienced a burning smell throughout the night and visible smoke filled the unit. The AC did not work 3 of the 4 nights stay making sleeping very uncomfortable. In addition, the 3 televisions were out dated and couldn’t figure out how to even turn them on for our entire stay. However, Vacasa was very responsive and accessible.
