Nice House
Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews until after I booked this house and they were pretty accurate. Whoever is cleaning this house is not doing a very good job at all according to the past reviews and currently still needs improvement. I'm not going to go through every detail, but here is just a few; the floors were not swept and mopped, there was an ant issue, the rugs were dirty and nasty and the bed linens had stains on them. However, the location and the house is perfect but needs to improve on getting the house cleaned after each stay especially when your paying for cleaning services.

Dirthy property
The property was dirthy, out dated and several things were broken or did not function properly. The kitchen stuck on all sides, the kitchen utensils were dirty and some parts could no longer be cleaned. Pans were missing. Not to mention the filth in the toilet. Because several screens around the pool were broken, the door did not close properly, there was a lot of vermin inside the fence. I told the owner the above and said that I have cleaned everything first. and that this is the reason I want a refund of the cleaning fee. After stating several times that it was filthy, the owner promised to go and see what he could do. So far nothing has happened. I would not recommend the house to friends or family. Its a complete joke for this kind of money! Still no answer from the owner!! VRBO…we need your intervention in this, please help!

Has all the basics but needs attention to some issues
The house has all the basics and location near Disney World is ideal. It needs attention to fix grill and patio fan, and replace broken deck lounges. No face cloths were provided. The agent was unresponsive regarding these items. The claimed upgrade did not include any bathroom fixtures and the dishwasher rack does not fit correctly. It was reasonable for the price, but I would pay more next time for a nicer place.

The Dirtiest Home I’ve Ever Stayed In
I don’t really like leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled seeing as how it asked to be reviewed on here. The property is in a great location, the neighborhood is adequate, and I like that it is great location to the Disney resorts. However this property is absolutely filthy. I was so worried that it had the potential of having bedbugs or something like that I was pretty wiped out the rest of the week. I really wish I’d listen to a former reviewer on here because I would’ve canceled the property and found another location to stay up. This house is not newly renovated maybe years ago it was. It is filthy I don’t think the cleaning company has touched that place. When we got there the pilot light was out which was unfortunate because we couldn’t shower until almost 11 that night which is in the biggest deal but we did have to do that. David was very responsive and told us how to do that. But I am pretty shocked they would rent a place that was in this kind of condition. I did take pictures Because I feel it is important that people can see for themselves and if they are comfortable staying in a property like this. We actually went to target and got sandals to wear around the house because I didn’t want any thing on my feet or getting on my other shoes. Seriously I put towels around everything and sheets over the sofas just to sit on them because of how dirty it was. I have to say it made our trip a little uncomfortable. The pool was a nice touch but it was cold and he even said we could heat it up since we had to turn the pilot light on but the pool heater didn’t work. So we just turned it off. If you have a large family I don’t care about those type of details then I’m sure this place will be great it does have a washer and dryer and is close to stores and places to eat.

David was always very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. House was close to parks and everything else. The jacuzzi did seem to have an issue with only one jet working but didn’t notice until my last day. There is also not any seasonings in the cupboards but it did have everything else. We would definitely stay there again. Kids loved it!

The house was caked with dirt, dust, and mold. The vents were packed with dust and what appeared to be black mold aerosolizing from the HVAC system. The only good thing was that the owner cancelled the booking and gave us a full refund. We were lucky enough to find somewhere else to stay that night. VRBO was unwilling to assist.

Four Corners Review
Location was spot on, at Disney within 10 minutes max, 35 mins .for universal. Internally the property was clean and tidy with everything you need, pool table was a hit with the kids. The pool area was functional although the sunloungers were a little tiered. Management company responded straight away to the couple of minor issues we had. All in all excellent value for money.

The home was perfect for my daughter, husband and I. We invited my son and his family to come for a few days as well. The house could use a deep cleaning. The bed in the owners suite was comfortable but the bedding could be updated, the top blanket looked dirty and frayed. The patio by the pool had a lot of weeds on it. Other than that it was great. The property manager is easy to work with. We would rent this home again in the future.

Very enjoyable stay for first VRBO experience.
This was our first VRBO and would use them again. David was very helpful and responded quickly when we contacted him. Kids really enjoyed the pool and adults the hot tub. Our only problem was trying to make the TV work. We never found any local channels and our 6 year old grandson could find his shows but nothing else. David did show use how to use it the day we were leaving. Not the easiest when not used to fancy TV's. Would stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family trip to Florida. The house was clean and ready for our late night arrival without having to pick anything up first. Although surrounded by houses the neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and shops. The pool and hotub were such a nice addition and we used it everyday! Perfect for our group
David is an attentive, caring owner. Our flight delayed us so much that my parents had to take over the check in process for us. David made himself available and my parents were able to successfully enter and settle into the rental. The home is spacious, welcoming and clean. Our 4 year old son was at home in the twin bed room :). The kitchen suited our needs - two of the four stove burners were not operational but this did not inconvenience us greatly. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Bath&hand towels need bleaching or replacing however if you bring your own, this would not matter. Game room we didn’t use but was cute! Pool/hot tub we didn’t use but that whole space was beautiful. Game room storage also offers two stroller options if needed, a pack n play, a high chair, a car seat and even a crib/bassinet. We had four adults, one child and never felt we didn’t have adequate bathrooms, sleeping room or overall space&accommodations. The lockbox for the key is very tricky and might need to be replaced. We had quite a lot of trouble trying to open it to place the key in during the checkout process but David is aware of the issue. Overall, we would recommend David and this home and neighborhood to anyone who needs a spacious home for their family vacation vs trying to cram into two adjoining hotel rooms. Thank you, David!

Great property
This home fit our family needs perfectly. Unfortunately, the pool heater gave out before we arrived and the pool water was too cold for the kids to enjoy. However, we had great communications with the property owner/manager and we were not charged for the heating time. The kids were upset, but unforeseen mechanical problems happen. That is the only reason for four stars overall rating. Otherwise, it would have been a five. All-in-all, it was a good stay. Thanks for sharing the property with us! If we come back to the area, we would definitely consider this property again. Thanks.

So close to perfect
Overall, we had a nice stay at this property. There was a lot about the house that we really loved, especially the layout and location. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was great! It was also nice to have access to a washer and dryer during our stay. However, there were several things about the house that just missed the mark. The biggest was the overall cleanliness of the house. The floors and baseboards were visibly dirty. Two of the three bathrooms had an obvious urine smell that we noticed as soon as we arrived. Behind the door in one of the bathrooms was a red splatter (we didn't want to investigate any further to determine what it really was). I know it is hard to find help these days, especially cleaners, but it felt like even the most basic areas were pretty neglected. With the current state of the world, having a thorough cleaning between renters seems like it should be a top priority. If this place was cleaner, it would've been perfect. If I had to book another trip in the future, I would probably look elsewhere.
