Should close till renovations are done!
The first thing is that the deposit should be shown before payment is made. I just moved to Hollywood, Florida and had not changed my id. My payment zip code and address clearly shows I live somewhere else. There was a $200 deposit for local residents. They only held a $100 cash deposit as a "courtesy" they said because my room was paid for and I didn't have $200 to be held. The photos of the rooms were partially correct. I wantedno carpet , but the room had carpet and a shower that dripped all night. My allergies flared up and I could not sleep with that drip. I stuck it out because I couldn't get my money back. They were renovating and said they had no other rooms, but curtains were open with made up beds and no occupants. I ordered a King size, but some way ai got King size accesible and they said they couldn't change it. The young man was very nice at the desk, but there was an older lady that had poor customer service skills. I felt forced to stay there because they would not put me in a better room nor would they refund my money. I needed another day but I opted to check out and stay with a friend. I would never stay there again.

Checking in was easy, and the staff was pleasant. Getting into the room however, was a little shocking. The amount of mold covering the ENTIRE restroom area, as well as mold in other areas in the room was almost questionable if it was even legal to put people in a room with the amount of mold it had.

DON’T STAY HERE!!! The property is disgusting. There were 2 sinks in our room. Both sinks in the room would fill up with water and then would take a few hours to drain. We knew this was a cheap option and didn’t expect it to be great by any means. We can deal with slow plumbing, dirty walls, and cracked ceilings that this hotel had, but when we started finding cockroaches…that’s unsanitary and completely unacceptable for any hotel! The staff was not helpful and the rooms were not cleaned without request, which is weird. No one should ever stay here if you want to avoid leaving your vacation with cockroaches.
