We stayed for one night at the Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport. The main lobby was modern and updated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a king bed, pull-out couch, and a full kitchen. Unfortunately, the room itself was outdated, with some peeling wallpaper and a noticeable odor. One inconvenience was that the bathroom was en-suite, meaning my parents, who slept on the pull-out couch, had to come in and out of the room frequently to use it.
There were renovations happening near the pool area, and some doors were blocked off. The pool was technically open but looked dirty, so we decided to skip it. Breakfast was the standard hotel hot breakfast with plenty of options, which was a nice touch.
Overall, while I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, it wasn’t terrible for a quick one-night stop.
