I tried calling from the airport to see if they had a shuttle but kept getting put on hold and forgotten about. There was no hot water when I tried to shower in the morning! The wifi was very weak in the room they put me in! But I will say the whole place and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, no complaints there.

You get what you pay for, a hotel that looks like they bought used furniture at an auction. Everything is bare bones at best. The neighborhood is sketchy.

Where do I begin! If I could give a zero review I would. When I first arrived to the hotel the phone was on DND I called multiple times to see if the hotel had a shuttle and no one answered the phone when I came to the counter I had to ring the bell just to get assistance. The lobby area was very low budget. The place looked nothing like the photos online if I had know the place was dirty I would have NEVER stayed there. The room was filthy! Marks all down the wall with gods knows what ! They had roaches. They bathroom was even more disgusting the tub was soooo dirty I didn’t even want to take a shower or use the restroom. We slept on top of the sheets the mattress had blood stains and piss stains all over them. The room stank ! I would not recommend to anyone ever! -10 !

Very Disappointed!!
The pictures on the app are not updated of what the hotel looks like. Hotel room reaked of cigarettes, very drab and dirty looking. Amenities indicated there was an onsite restaurant however there was not. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting with the bath mat coming up and exposing dirt mold and shall we say leftovers of other people!! It’s a pet friendly hotel and room next to us had a dog barking all night!! We supposedly got a “suite” … but were told at check in “ not sure why they booked that we don’t have suites”. When we got to the room it had an open area for a couch or chair for a suite but no couch just open space. They told us the pool was just renovated … part of the pool fences 2 panels were broken or missing, and only 2 lounge chairs for the entire hotel were out there. When asked for an early check in option he advised we could for a $30 fee even if it was an hour prior to regular check in. I definitely would not stay here again.. very disappointed and felt we were misled by the pictures and Information on the app about the hotel.

They do not have our check in information and said to contact Orbitz. I am waiting for a callback. This is the worst service I have ever had. We only have 4 hours to sleep before our next flight and we can’t even get into our hotel!!!! 😡
