was amazing, only thing i didn’t like was that my room specifically didn’t have a closet, wish it did, and then no microwave in the room, you have to go to the lobby to use a microwave, unsure if that just for the first floor but just a slight inconvenience. everything else was amazing and the staff were very nice and helpful!

Very clean. Bed was comfy. Newer hotel in an excellent area. Close to everything. Our new favorite hotel. We will be staying here again when in the Orlando area. Free shuttle to theme park was a big plus. Saved on expensive parking. Highly recommended!

Fortunately only book this for a one-night stay. When we booked it we had specifically asked for a top floor so we wouldn't have to deal with noise from people who are rude and walk around that room. Well when we arrived at us on the first floor and so we asked to be moved up to the top, but it's that they moved us to the third floor not the fourth. And unfortunately there's a zoo of elephants above us who are non-stop at 1:30 in the morning still walking around and doing who the heck knows. It's a very frustrating experience. We will likely never book here again. The air conditioner in the room is also not keeping it cold enough. It's set to 65 at this point and still the room is at 71.

Everything was great except for the shower water pressure. It was like cat piss. We had two rooms and both rooms were the same. So instead of a 5 minutes shower, it turned into 15 minutes. For ladies it became 20 minutes or longer to rinse off all the soap in the hair. Last year we didn't have this problem.

The only thing that ticked me off was the water pressure. We booked two rooms and both rooms had lousy water pressure. They were sprinkling like rain water. If I am not mistaken, they installed water saver shower heads. But the reduction was too drastic. Instead of a 5 minutes shower, it turned into 15 minutes or longer. For women with long hair, it would take at least 20 minutes or more. Bad concept and idea.
