Great hotel for price. Will stay again.
The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was great, many more options than other places I have stayed. Parking fee was also low compared to other area hotels. Rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. I also could not hear other guests in my room luckily. Only negative was 70 kids staying with chaperones that didn’t care how wild or rude they were running all over hotel my whole 3 day stay. Put a damper on most of my time but not the hotel’s fault.

Comfy and very convenient
Everything was fine about the room and the breakfast buffet was very good. Could not be a more convenient location, almost direct access to 429 off adjacent Hartzog Road, a "back door" to Disney via Western Way, not to mention close by Disney attractions without Disney prices. Also, having Flamingo Crossing across the street with ample stores and food (and a Skyline Chili just across the street!) is an added bonus!

Tres bien mais quelques ratés
Les + L'emplacement a 10 minutes de Disneyworld L'environnement. Tout est neuf. Tout a proximité (target, walgreens, five guys). Le petit déjeuner excellent avec énormément de choix. Chambres très grandes Personnel très sympathique. Les - pour nous Le bruit dans les chambres côté autoroute Le bruit des climatiseurs. Il a fallu changer 4 fois de chambres pour en avoir une au top. La piscine qui est magnifique mais froide (peut etre a cause de l'ouragan Milton). Le personnel qui fait des promesses (mettre du gel douche dans la chambre par ex...) non tenues. Le menage fait de facon aleatoire. Bizarre de changer les draps la treizieme nuit sur 14 de notre sejour. Malgré cela, nous y retournerons certainement.

Everything was great besides our room’s floor. It was wet when we woke up the next morning. So much so that I had to ring out the dirty clothes pile that was next to the air conditioner. There was some sort of leak with the unit. When I told the staff about it at the front desk he seemed to just shrug it off-no note or anything to check on it. Other then having wet luggage and wet dirty clothes the hotel was nice.
