Lovely location.

Perfect location for all parks.it was lacking in some basic furnishings in the bedrooms but living area and kitchen were nice. There was a lot of dust on the furniture tops.Fans remotes had no batteries and even though we contacted magic box several times we didn’t get a response so didn’t have use of fans which was really disappointing. No pool floats etc , no hairdryer so make sure you take your own…overall we enjoyed our stay but just a few things let it down.

The property filthy on arrival. Trash in the driveway, trash hasn’t been dumped. There were numerous cigarette butts near the front door on the lawn. Contacted management and was asked to send photos. I did and the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. There were roaches in the kitchen, dirty linens, dirty shower curtains with mold on them. The property wasn’t clean. We paid to have the pool heated for the week to only find out that it wouldn’t be. No explanation was given. Equipment at the pool pump appeared to be worn and hasn’t been operational for some time. The A/C unit upstairs didn’t cool the upstairs. You can’t turn it down past 72. It was 78 our whole stay and we notified management with photos of the thermostat as requested. They didn’t even try to resolve the issue. I have photos of all the issues we had for proof as Magic Box supposedly doesn’t like refunding your security deposit. No response from management on a partial refund. We even requested a different property and was denied as we were told there were no available. The WiFi doesn’t work properly and you can barely watch tv or check emails using the WiFi. I’m waiting to hear from Magic Box Vacations to see how they’ll handle this horrible experience.

Girls Trip 2022

Friends and I stayed here for a weekend Girls Trip. We spent most of the day away as we toured Orlando alot, but I would recommend and stay again!

Nice place but needs some improvements

House was roomy and pretty nice. Pool was nice. Never saw anywhere to check in. Recycling center was overflowing. Pots and pans were unusable, handles were loose and finish was peeling. No washcloths.

We had a nice time together

The house was pretty good. It definitely has been used. Carpets are pretty worn along with the cooking pots, and pans. I have never rented a house before so I was a little green. One thing I would suggest is to bring your own towels, because I was charged for several with light stains on them from whatever, juice spilled probably. I was also unaware I had to pay more to use the grill (for cleaning purposes) so we ended up not using it because we didn't want to incur more expenses. Finally, with this home, beware of the garbage rules. The garbage canisters are horrible with animals getting in them and you will be charged if it's not contained and stored properly. The pool was nice and clean. The house was plenty big and we had a wonderful time in the space that the home provided.

Good size property. Very private bathing/pool out the back. Well located for all the parks. Plenty linen, kitchenware etc. No pool heating was not a problem for us. Level of cleaning on arrival not as expected. We had a great time. Would stay again.

Great Stay but not exactly what we planned

The house was great! Lots of room and loved the privacy in the back yard. The carpet is pretty soiled. The one room has a picture of a dresser and TV and both were missing. The one shower regulator was broke which left it dripping and on. We could not turn it off. We emailed and called and no one came to fix it. The photos show a large area with a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts...That is not anywhere on the property.

Großes Haus ohne Garage, Lage super, Ausstattung nur befriedigend.

Das Haus war so in Ordnung, Sauberkeit war ok. Nur für 12 Personen war viel zu wenig Geschirr da. Küche war nur befriedigend ausgestattet. Das die Garage nicht zu nutzen war, war sehr ärgerlich und in der Beschreibung nicht gut zu erkennen.
