The stay did not dissaponit! It was everything described on the website and more. However, the rate paid on this website did not included the resort fees and it was not stated in the reservation that we will still owed more at the end of our stay.

The property is very convenient to the Disney Parks. The rooms are clean, and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are as expected. However, this is our second stay and on our first trip we got locked INTO the room and with the phone not functioning in room, I had to call the front desk from my cell phone in order to reach someone. We got the door open, and eventually they came to fix the lock…at 12:30 at night. With this stay, there was a bulb that was flickering wildly and a leaking toilet. I tried to tell the front desk, after again having a phone in room that wouldn’t work well, or kept sending me through too many automated menus and eventually hanging up on me, but the line was always clogged and we eventually just spent 10-15 min trying to work the room phone to get through to the guest services to let them know. Ultimately the staff was quick to fix the lightbulb, but we had to be moved to a different room due to the toilet halfway through our stay. For what amounts to nearly $300 a night for a hotel room these continued issues makes it less likely we’d choose to stay here again going forward. Honestly, on a positive note, the rooms and property were clean beyond my expectations, the decor was peaceful and well executed, and our experience with the transportation services was great. And the staff, when accessible, were all friendly, insightful, and a delight to interact with.

The room is located in a very convenient location, walking to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The hotel is also a pebble throw away from the Disney Boardwalk. However some things that be improved is the hotel rooms and property itself. We had a “delux” room and it was very dated, with renovation probably done early 2010. The hotel rooms, hallways and property need to be refreshed and refurbished.

Conveniently located, walking distance to the boardwalk, Epcot and a Hollywood Studios. Good transportation options to the parks - either bus or ferry options available. Room was spacious and clean. Several dining options onsite.

3 star quality - 5 star fees and charges
You can’t check in until 4pm and have to leave by 11am. Only had one night stay and when asking if we could have late check out we were quoted $36 for 1 hour, $60 for 2 hours or $90 for 3 hours late. What a ripoff. AC in bedroom made it smell damp and room was ice cold freezing when we got in there. Paid extortionate amount for a “resort fee” and found the pool bar was closed for refurb and no one told us this. The rooms and all areas you walk along are in urgent need of refurb. Carpets are old and worn and the corridors smell of cigarettes. Massively overpriced but it’s all location location location and too many muppets like me pay over the odds for what is at best a 3 star hotel.

The resort fee is obnoxiously exorbitant and I would rather stay at a Disney resort, not a Marriott pretending to be one with non-integrated Disney reservations and lacking charm. The only standout was the valet that got my vehicle, he was kind and fast.
