Good choice
Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Well located in Orlando. Our room was large with a big balcony. The access to the water park is not included with the room, so be aware of the pictures. You have access to regular pools and spa.

THERE IS NO LATE CHECK OUT!
We stayed on property Friday eve till Sunday morn. Overall the accommodations were pretty good. Our unit had minor electrical and plumbing issues, where things didn't work as they are suppose to Light switches/plumbing handles. We did not report because they were minor inconveniences. The biggest issues we had was requesting a late check out. When we call and ask about, we were told that "at 10am housekeeping was coming into our unit and we needed to leave." We had read in the brochure given upon arrival that check out is 10am, Late check outs will be assessed a late charge. We asked what the late charge would be so we could determine if we wanted to pay extra. We received the same response. We asked for a supervisor and she said housekeeping and security would show up at 10am. We kept asking what is the late fee and they kept saying you must leave the room at 10am. We ended the call frustrated and a very sour taste, not because of the rule but how the call was handled on your part. We all know that no matter how good housekeeping is, they are not going to be in every room at 10am. We understand the need for consistent rules with patrons. Please explain why your resort info. brochure states the charge for late check out?

The stay was nice. But our room was dirty so we got moved to another room and the shower had mold on it so we had go and ask for that to be cleaned but other than that it was great.

By far the best hotel experience I’ve EVER had. Extremely comfortable, spacious, clean. Beyond exceptional customer service. Security is very great and the staff is even better. I 100% recommend staying here 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to come back.

The air conditions does not work and they control the AC to 71 F all the time even you adjust to 80 F. It is so cold during the mid night and the last day I got a cold due to the low room temperature. Also, no one did cleaness everyday. it is a worest experience in Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area. I hope everyone should re-consider this resort when you want to visit.

The only problem we had is that the floor in our villa was very dirty. My son’s socks were black within minutes. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around the room without shoes.
