This property seems clean and fine…. Just little things like the web site specifically says microwaves in rooms, but none are available except in the lobby…. That’s a hassle when your family likes microwave popcorn… I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and motels in my life my, sketchy to fancy and this is the first to not supply any kind of cups for water in the room..once again go to the lobby… ice for my cup of water, nope.. ice machine has been removed.. maybe in the lobby. Beware of this place!

We arrived late in the day with an early morning flight the next morning. We only booked this hotel for the convenience of the airport shuttle, but upon our arrival we were made aware the shuttle was completely booked. We were not told to book ahead of time when booking this hotel, so it was frustrating to say the least. In the end the staff at the desk was able to book us an uber to take us to the airport the next morning, but not without us having to suggest that the hotel needed to make this situation right by asking them to book us a taxi. In the future it would be nice for such places to do what they're supposed to do automatically, and accommodate their guests for services they not only agreed to supply, but that their guests paid for. Otherwise the stay was fine, but the rooms are definitely not well cleaned so don't look too hard in the places other than the bed or you'll get quickly grossed out.

Denisha was especially helpful with getting us to the airport for our early early morning flight!!!! We were so stressed and she made our whole day so much better 👍 thank you so much! Rooms were also amazing so comfortable and sooooooo clean!!!!
