I didn't check until midnight. I asked for a 12 o'clock check out.She said no problem. As long as you pay me another twenty five dollars. Their little breakfast was two star food with five star price. I wouldn't stay there again if you gave me the room. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The people at the front desk were excellent. The people that run the bar that is the reason why I’m giving the two stars we waited for an hour for the guy to get there. They were six people waiting and that happened every day for three days.

Never do busines with this property. All they care about is stealing your money. I was not able to keep my reservation and called to cancel. They refused to give me a refund. As far as I am concerned, they don't exist.

Lady at front desk upon arrival was not the nicest. I had to ask someone from the cleaning crew for some cleaning products because the toilet seat was dirty. She nicely said she would do it and did it. Other than that the room was fairly clean. There is no room service, so don’t expect to come back to a made bed after a long day at the park. Location is decent, not the closest to the parks but we seemed to be going against traffic every time. I usually stay at Wyndham Universal and my experience is always fantastic so I guess I had some expectations. Overall, it was good for the price being. Probably won’t be back though
