Very convenient if you plan on going to Universal Studio Japan. Walkable from train station and very close to train station. Safe area and close to convenient stores. Only thing I did not like was there was no bathtub for our room.

Large venue near Universal. We did not go to Universal, but chose it for its value. It is easy to get around via metro. The hotel has a luxury feel from the moment you walk into the lobby and engage with the super helpful staff. Rooms are very clean with an upgraded finish.

We had the spacious room. They need more hooks for towels. There is no wash basin for the toilet, and there should be. Other than that, it was great!

Nice hotel, good location. Directly across from a metro station. Walking distance from universal studios. Clean, spacious rooms. The bathrooms/ shower areas are small. People with tattoos are not allowed to use the spa even with coverings.

This hotel is very convenient for USJ. It's our second time here and we'll definitely be back. Spacious room and everything you can ask for. Nice yummy breakfast lineup. We love the public bath with the nice view. Easy access both by car and public transport.

Spacious high class hotel with Sakurajima station right across the road. My standard twin room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had seperate toilet/powder/shower. I ended up booking another night in addition to my first two nights and will definitely be staying here again next time.
