Hotel is luxurious and located near Hibbachi station. Bathrooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is great, and the staff all speak fluent English and very helpful. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Great location in Osaka, but not 5-Star

For a 5-star hotel, this was not quite what I was expecting. No room service, and no restaurant service on Sundays was somewhat disappointing given we were travelling with our four year old child. Beds were incredibly hard & small for a couple, and given the price / class of room, it was a very small room itself. Location was great though, and staff were attentive.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was so clean and comfortable, the walk from the station only took our group about 5-6 minutes and the property was beautiful. This will be my go to hotel every time I visit Osaka from now on.

This property is far from the train station if you need something closer I’d recommend another place. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are another story. The furniture looks dilapidated, outdated and beat up. For this caliber of hotel I would have expected nicer. The area is located in a quiet location. Not ideal for a tourist. But Service was great no complaints on that aspect. The hotel feels more of a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star. I did not get the breakfast package so can’t comment on that. Overall a solid hotel, would I stay at it again? No.

Great hotel

We spent 3 nights here and we really enjoyed our stay. The Corner Twin Room was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant as there were plenty of choices nearby. The area is safe and quiet. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station.

Stayed here previously in 2024 for the Osaka Marathon and loved the convenience and the service provided by the hotel. Stayed here again for the 2025 Osaka Marathon. Very convenient to the 2 main subway line that pretty much gets you to most tourist attractions in Osaka.

Beautiful hotel with luxurious vibes. Close to train station. Since its not in the heart of Osaka, it is quieter and more business district than touristy. 7/11 is right next door which is always a plus. Will be staying here again with the family.

Staff lovely. Walkable to restaurants and shopping areas. Flexible, our check in time was at 3pm and we got there 1 hour early, room was ready so they allowed us to check in early. Accidentally left something precious to me and my fiance after check out and they were able to shio it to out to our current hotel I am happy they found it and shipped it.
