Staff were all very friendly and helpful; organizing luggage forwarding was very easy. Hotel and room were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good by the standards of other Japanese hotels around the same rating/budget, perhaps not as large an offering as some but the quality was good. Bathroom in the room was spacious and the amenities provided were good. One thing to consider is that the hotel is a short walk from the nearest station, nothing too major, but some may find it an inconvenience not having a subway entrance so close. Only minor gripe was that I felt the bed was a bit hard but that's a purely subjective complaint. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would return in future.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Osaka Midosuji with executive lounge access. The room was spacious and clean. Beautiful view from our room and the executive lounge on the 25th floor. I really enjoyed the executive lounge happy hour (plenty of snacks and drinks available). Great location. Friendly service.

Amazing hotel and super spacious rooms! The bathroom was the main thing that stood out as it has a regular shower as well as a bath tub. The room also came with bath salts so the baths were amazing. 3 people managed to stay here comfortably without any problems with luggage space. Would definitely recommend.

I thought it was good and had a beautiful view. The only thing I did not like was when I asked about forwarding my luggage to Haneda airport, front desk told me it takes two days for it to get there. When I was ready to bring luggage down to have it forwarded, they changed it and said it takes three. Because of the change and lack of communication, it caused a massive inconvenience for me as I was preparing to leave Japan.
