The room and it's amenities. We were on the lowest floor of the guest rooms. On our floor, there is a washer/dryer machine. The machine is clean. What is the best is that I can check whether the machine is in use from the TV in our room. The hotel is in a convenient location, right between two stations on the Midosuji line. The breakfast is good. Is there is a desk in the room, that would be perfect. Will stay again

Of course they had A/C which is good. The room is perfect. I really love this hotel as it was my second time staying there. Close to the 淀屋橋駅, Yodoyabashi-ek which you would take the Osaka Metro 御堂筋線, Midōsuji-sen. The staff members are very helpful and great service. After a long day roaming around Osaka or having fun at USJ, you can take a nice long bath after a shower which is separate of course.

The hotel was lovely with great staff, however do note that the gym was limited and rather small. It was very clean and furnishings were lovely but did find its location was a bit far away for everything as it seemed to be in the business district. Other than that we had a great time!

The Royal Park was indeed Iconic. Clean, friendly & helpful staff, walkable, but far enough from Osaka night life that that allowed us to have comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I've stayed here many times and it's always consistent. Super clean, super comfortable, large room size and excellent bath. Fairly good location walking distance to restaurants and train station. I always take a taxi from the station upon arrival as the nearby ones don't have elevator or escalator accessibility so traveling with luggage is difficult.

The rooms are nice, ɓut fairly standard for the price range. Large shower with plenty of water pressure and flow. Hot water can be set to extremely hot. We had dinner one night at the restaurant... very delicious with great staff. Highly recommend. The location is a few blocks from the nearest rail station, but we chose to walk everywhere. Main tourist areas are a 15-20 minute walk north or south.

Thoroughly enjoyed the executive floor room and access to the executive lounge with added breakfast option where the service and staff were brilliant. Great option if you don’t mind a short walk to train station to access the rest of Osaka and beyond.
