The hotel was huge, in a beautiful tower. Everything inside was luxurious and the staff was very friendly. I did think the restaurant was quite pricey, but I'm very happy staying here overall. Totally recommended.

The hotel was beautiful as was our room. The buffet breakfast was lovely. The staff was kind and incredibly accommodating. We could not have asked for a better stay. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Osaka.

We stayed on the executive floor and had access to the lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour which was an excellent addition to the stay. Location was easily accessed by transit but was not within walking distance of tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comparable in size to north american hotel rooms with a couch and table for lounging, comfortable king size bed, nespresso, fridge and television. Excellent AC during 40 degree heat. We would absolutely stay again, and enjoyed the night time views of the city. A note about the king sized bed- it was two singles pushed together and with a coverlet and king size sheets so you can feel a ridge between the two mattresses. Staff were attentive and responded quickly when we were missing body wash.
