We enjoyed the location, pretty lake and grounds. The bar and restaurant was really fun, great staff at the restaurant. Very friendly and service was excellent. We wished the room was quiet. We could hear people in nearby rooms. The hotel staff didn't seem organized and actually gave our room to another couple while we were still in the room. The fire alarm went off i oyr room for no reason. We will stay here again, due to the bar and restaurant staff.

Lakeside was okay give a flying food
For the most part it was fine. Two of the lamps in the room were broken. I should say the fixture on one of them was broken the other one the light bulb was broken. There's also like strange drag mark across the wall like someone had slammed a table into it and then tore up the drywall for about six or seven feet across the wall that needed repaired still . Otherwise, staff seemed okay I guess and the hotel was generally clean.

We were suppose to have joining rooms but the door handle was broke. Went to desk and they said they didnt have staff to fix it. They look like they were recarpeting hotel. Had alot of room closed.

This property was right off I 44, which was very busy but there were great restaurants and it was noisy. The hotel was good. It is pet friendly so the hall we stayed in smelled like dogs and some did bark but only when we walked by their door. Other than that it was a good nights sleep and the area seemed safe.
