So the room was incredible, the view from the balcony was uninterrupted, and the screen door meant I could leave the door open for a while to relax in the room with the sound of the ocean. The King Loft room was luxurious and huge, spotlessly clean and a comfortable bed. Now, the downsides. I booked for 3 nights, well in advance. As there is no daily housekeeping service, the one night for one person toiletries was not adequate. Housekeeping should stock the room for the booked stay, I had to go to the front desk a couple of times for re-stocks. The 'Restaurant' on site is only open three days a week and closes quite early. This need to be made clear, or even remove the Restaurant from the property details, it's really misleading. I had expected I'd be able to get breakfast there and evening meals. As it was, it was open for a few hours at the beginning of my stay and closed for the rest. I got a very mediocre Pizza from the restaurant, then had to self cater for the rest of the stay, so an unexpected trip back to town for breakfast items. Getting around is not easy. Parking is so far from most rooms, always involving a steep hill, and having to rely on the Bellman in a golf cart (with the constant need to tip) is not really a good experience. My room was clearly part of a more recent addition to the venue. Other condos in the area looked like they may be a bit run down.

All was wonderful. Just a problems that would save you from guest accidents. We went to take a hot tub, but coming out of the dressing room, to go to the hot tub the concrete was extremely slippery. A mat would greatly improve the situation. Thank you for the stay.

Delivery to your room via covered atv and a personal driver that picks you up in the parking lot and delivers you to your room door. Staff was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Room was clean, warm and comfortable.

The property is amazing. So much nicer than staying in a boring hotel. All the amenities, surrounded by forest, ocean and a private beach, walking distance from amazing landmarks, and QUIET. The only drawback is you have a distance between parking lot and rooms, but they have shuttles that will take you if you need.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was in a good location with a good view of the ocean. The balcony however, was not private at all. Not only does the next room over have access, the loft room above has windows that look right onto your balcony. What we found completely unacceptable was the fact that the room was adjoined to another and instead of a solid door line every other hotel I’ve been in, there was a pocket door. Completely unsealed, and with a gap that could be seen through. They were polite neighbors and were not being loud in the slightest, yet it was as if they weee in our room talking. The crying baby was an even nicer touch. I love babies, but not when the Mrs and I are trying to get away at the beach. The price was appropriate for the location, perhaps, but definitely did not deliver the value expected. I think privacy is a reasonable expectation and this room did not have that at all. Again, the staff was nice and seemingly hard working, but the lack of privacy prevents me from ever considering a stay there again.

The room 324 was old the bed was hard and squeaky. You can hear your neighbors conversation. They smoked some pot which wafted into our room. We changed to room 147 gave us wrong keys but better room but still can hear neighbors conversation. No apology from management for such a sucky stay. Do not stay here if you want peace and quiet. Thin walls. Rooms you need to hike to. Poor stay. Will not stay again.

I wasnt prepared to not park close to our room and have to use a golf cart to get to the room. Our room was a 2 queen oceanview room. The view was wonderful. The room was less than desirable. It was old and run down. Right when we entered, I picked up a wrapper from previous people from behind the bathroom door in our room. The decor was definitely 80's style with blue carpet and the canvas separator wall on the deck slapped in the wind and kept us up throughout the night. The property is beautiful and staff is friendly but i will likely not stay here again, unfortunately.

Pretty disappointed
Room was decent and view was amazing but was disappointed with a few things. 1. Kids above us screaming and stomping and woke up very early which means so did we. 2. Room didn’t have a hair dryer (not all do), ice bucket was broken and no liner so didn’t know if they even bothered to replace it from last guest. Had to keep in the sink if we wanted ice. 3. Walls so thin we could hear people next door like they were in the same room with us. 4. Wind so bad at night was blowing the partition on balcony. It was so loud we could barely sleep and then up super early from the kids upstairs made it not a very nice stay at all. I work hard and just wanted a nice relaxing weekend.

Overall this property is nice. It is showing its age. Our biggest frustration was that we booked a room that sleeps 3. It did not. Only a small love seat in the living room that did not pull out to a bed. When I requested a roll away bed I was told fire code would not allow this in our room. Front desk attendant just said “ya that’s just the way the room is described” although he did offer a subpar room without a view which we did not accept. Room is showing age and could use updating. We did find a very dirty urine stained spare blanket that turned us off to the room.
