We absolutely loved Ouray and this Hotel & Hot Springs was a hidden gem. 7 pools plus bfast with a restaurant onsite for late night snacks - it was the best! The pools were clean, lots of room and you can bring your own cooler but there is a bar available. Don’t bother with the public Ouray Hot Springs, stay here and the pools are included in your stay.

The pool area is great with some of the best hot springs surrounded by unmatched scenery. The onsite dining is good but needs more waffle makers for breakfast (long lines). The pet friendly rooms need updated an basic maintenance, especially for the price being paid.

The pools are wonderful. Check in is a bit different, though there were 2 staff sitting behind the counter, you use a kiosk, check in, then go to the counter where the staff gives you further info. Be aware when booking, if you choose the garden rooms, you are not near the pool, you are in a seperate building down the street and in an alley, those rooms are very dated as well. Our room sprung a ceiling leak, causing the bed to become soaked, including our suitcases.

ac didnt work, window was dirty, blind was broken.they did reduce my stay by 15%,because the ac was broken we opened the windows but only 2 of the 3 windows worked for the price i would expect better

Ouray. Off the main path but worth the visit.
Very good, clean, quiet property. All staff professional, polite and knowledgable. Two swimming pools, a "Cold Plunge" tub and 8 hot tubs with varying temps. Great location near hiking trails and city walking paths.
