There were several things in the room that were broken. The drawer to the dresser was missing part of the handle. The mirror in the bathroom was missing part of the frame. The pool was torn apart and material was scattered about the parking lot. The breakfast was scanty with very little choices.

It was clean, guiet and a good breakfast. Needed help with getting tv working properly and Drew came to out room and showed us how to get to live tv. The beds were very comfortable. No hampton inn, but for an older hotel I would stay there again.

We appreciated the opportunity for daily cleans, the new paint, that there was a fan in the bathroom, and the friendliness of the staff. At times it felt a little noisy and like the property was in the middle of transition to something nicer. Like walking in from the side door felt like you were walking into a worse hotel, but then when you went through the second door it was fine.

I had a reservation to stay on a Friday night and my card Friday morning. While traveling there, i got a call that they needed payment or they would cancel my reservation. We stayed for a baseball tournament and all the kids were excited for the pool. But it was empty- no water, and being worked on. They didn't tell us before hand. The room was very humid and the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed with a curved rod.

The room was large and had a big tv. However they were working on the pool and when I sat on the floor to pack my suitcase my jeans got dirty (as in the floors weren’t very clean). There were a lot of kids running around playing baseball outside and the balls were flying around the parking lot.

This place is terrible, I don't know how it has good reviews. Checked in to a dirty room, pool is full of trash bags, exterior is crumbling, the bathroom floor in my room was broken tiles with caulk used as grout, the outlets are so old my charger fell out of all of them, room service banged on my door at 7 am despite having the DND sign out, shower curtain doesn't stay closed, the refrigerator froze my drinks solid, should I keep going? Just terrible.
