The beds were double sized and not queen, mini fridge was dirty with leftovers, surfaces were dusty, half the towels were outdated and in poor condition, toilet seat was dirty and soap dispensers were empty, and all the room lights are bright white which I find disturbing. Breakfast was out of food by 8:30am including other items (tea, coffee, hot water, etc.) and only one person was working in the kitchen to do all the work. The service was very poor and the front desk didn’t seem to care much when the guests pointed them to these issues. We stayed for 2 nights this was consistent.

Sad stay in beautiful surroundings
Unfortunately, it was disappointing:the greeter was nice but not available for a while . I was asked what floor I wanted, first or second- I replied which would have a better view- he gave me my keys and didn’t say much more. We got no nice view — opposite of Glen canyon dam. Then got a room by noisy people yet hotel wasn’t very busy- why put us near other guest. Bathroom lamp burnt out and no hand gel and no shower gel and no soap- when called for each. Front desk seemed annoyed and we were told was each time we called to come down ourselves. No maintenance available in house and no gel due to lack of delivery — why not plan an alternative!! I had gotten in shower thinking I had shower gel but empty so used shampoo which worked but why not have room stocked property and ready for guests. Next morning at breakfast— bagels old/ hard that you couldn’t slice them- I broke the plastic knife. Oatmeal from a package— so unhealthy. Limited food at breakfast and not tasty. Front desk staff was never there to greet with a smile nor to see if they could help or answer questions- constantly a bell to call for them. Coffee/ tea/ hot water available on first floor but hot water was always like warm so how old was the coffee/ no pride in keeping it hot or fresh. The hotel seemed to be run but 2-3 unhappy people. On checkout- no notice to do via mobile but a basket with notice to express check out by dropping keys in there- quick check out but lost the personal touch.

Dirty room and bathroom. Stale slice of pizza on the floor in room. Hair, soap scum and bathroom not cleaned. Sheets wouldn’t stay on matters. Uncomfortable mattress, old pillows. TV didn’t have a remote. Chose this place as it was rated highly on Expedia. Hadn’t stayed in a Bsymont before and won’t in the future.

I loved the area very convenient location but the room wasn’t fully clean. There was some hair in the shower and the room had a weird smell to it same as in the hallways.

Because we had bug bites from the couch bed. Main twin beds were ok. In addition manger was not supportive to explain the site. He just tossed the one sheet. That’s it.

The building and location were nice. But they seem to have operational problems. The front desk was less than helpful. There was no body wash in the dispenser in the shower nor there was a shampoo dispenser or shampoo in the shower. There was a coffee maker and ice bucket in the room, but no cups or glasses. What's worse, they didn't seem to care. When they were informed of the lack of body wash and shampoo they acknowledged it explaining they where letting them run empty in preparation for renovation.
