Friendly service, great stay!

Every staff person we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with plenty of space to move around. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was small but clean and suited our needs. Shampoo and conditioner were conveniently mounted in the shower. The only problem we encountered was the shower curtain didn’t stay closed because the curtain rod was missing one mounting screw. We just turned the shower head closer to the wall. The room was quiet and comfortable. All in all a great stay!

It is a nice place for the price, but it is easy to see that it is a remodel from an earlier version. I will stay there again if the price continues to be in the 100 range.

I warn anyone from staying at this property roaches on my bed, went down to front office and staff immediately through the cockroach. I killed away to basically hide the evidence and denied me my refund. No respect for their customers whatsoever denied me refund and basically told me to leave their property because I brought to their attention that there were cockroaches in my room stay far away from this property.

The carpet in the room had an awful smell and the door was uneven. Although it was locked still didn’t feel secure. The bathroom sink is in the walkway. Just not what I'm used to in a hotel stay

The location is very convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is excellent.

Stayed there for five nights, and they serve the same breakfast everyday with cheap, thawed out sausages each morning without changing the selection. It looked good on the outside, in the staff were very friendly, but the walls are paper thin and three of the five nights I had a neighbor and I could hear all their conversations through the wall. It was very annoying and Disturbed my sleep and even during the day when I was trying to read or what tv, I could still hear the muffled sounds next door.

On your site it says the hotel is Pet Friendly which is why I booked that hotel - when I got there they said they are not pet friendly and would not let me bring my cat in. I am requesting a refund for this room. I had to go find another hotel that truly was pet friendly and let me bring my cat in.
