The staff was fantastic it is a pet and friendly place so you will see dogs and the smell of cats on the lower level but overall the staff was excellent and very hopefully and so professional and tentative

Less than expected
Room had an unpleasant odor when I checked in, almost like wet carpet but got better during my stay. Breakfast choice was very limited. The same menu for my entire stay.

Horrible rates for the type of property and sheets I am a traveling nurse I would rather pay 20-30 more dollars and sleep in better sheets and have perks of extended stay that other hotels offer but having paid so much for such a horrible air conditioner bad sheets on bed and bad attention wouldn't recommend it at all

Staff/Management Rude, I reserved & paid for a 3 night stay prior to Hurricane Milton for my adult son living in FL. Mgmt made everyone wait in the lobby until 3pm before they would let anyone check in (per their policy). There wasnt any compassion shown to ppl displaced by the hurricane when asked if there could be a one hour early check in. I paid for the room in advance so they had their money but was not willing to show human decency to others even when there were rooms available and ready as confirmed by the desk clerk Jose’

Quality by name and practice.
Excellent all round. Friendly staff, very helpful, nice room, very clean. Like everywhere we stay in America there doesn’t seem to much recycling. A lot of plastic waste.
