Don’t stay there.
It was my birthday, we evacuated from the hurricane Milton. We had no shower. It didn’t work. I told the desk. They didn’t do anything. Didn’t offer to move us. Didn’t offer a discount. Nothing. We got power first thing the next morning and left.

Poor service. Very expensive to eat or drink. Elevators never worked right and were super slow. Very noisy. Dogs and pets everywhere. Smelled like dogs. Staff unhelpful. No microwave in rooms or in the lobby.

The property itself was beautiful and Corey the bartender was the best!! My complaint is that the coffee maker in my room did not work and mentioned to front desk multiple times and still did not get a replacement. There were also large black carpenter ants in our fridge cabinet.

We do a ladies' trip to Palm Beach every year and usually stay at The Breakers, but this time we decided to try something new and stayed at the Tideline. I’m so glad we did—it was fantastic! While the hotel isn’t as big as The Breakers, we really loved the more intimate experience. It felt like a hidden gem, and the restaurant was superb. Every meal was a treat! One of the best parts was the beach—no annoying rocks like some of the other spots in Palm Beach, just smooth sand and perfect for relaxing. We all agreed we’d definitely recommend Tideline and can’t wait to come back again!

I stayed at Tideline Palm Beach for a recent business trip, and it was fantastic! Check-in was super quick, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. My room was perfect—really quiet and comfortable, so I got a great night’s sleep before my big presentation the next day. Even though I was there for work, the oceanfront location made it feel like a mini getaway. I’m already planning to come back with my family so we can enjoy the beach and everything else the hotel has to offer. Can’t recommend this place enough for both business and leisure!

My wife and I had the most incredible romantic getaway at Tideline Palm Beach for our 15 year anniversary, and I can't say enough about the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of 5-star perfection. We were warmly greeted with a thoughtful welcome gift—a bottle of wine—which set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The moment the hotel realized we were celebrating a special occasion we were upgraded to a stunning ocean-view room! The food at Brandon's Restaurant was exceptional. The room service food was just as amazing, with everything arriving promptly and tasting absolutely delicious. It's rare to find a hotel where the room service matches the restaurant quality, but Tideline truly exceeded our expectations. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable and it was like everyone knew we were celebrating and it was like they joined in on it, super special. Every interaction was warm, professional, and personalized. Tideline Palm Beach has quickly become our favorite escape, and we’re already planning our next trip back. This place is a gem!

I recently booked a stay at Tideline Hotel through Expedia, and I can confidently say it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that set the perfect tone for our family getaway. The rooms were beautifully designed, offering a blend of comfort and luxury. We had a fantastic view of the beach that made every morning feel like a dream. Waking up to the sound of waves was simply magical! What truly made our stay memorable were the family-friendly experiences the hotel offers. The kids loved the pool area, which was both spacious and inviting. The beach is super private and clean, and we enjoyed countless hours building sandcastles and splashing in the gentle surf. The hotel also organized fun activities for kids, which kept them entertained and gave us some much-appreciated relaxation time. Dining options at the hotel were top-notch as well, with a variety of kid-friendly choices that even satisfied our picky eaters. We appreciated the attention to detail and the focus on family throughout our stay. Overall, Tideline Hotel is a perfect destination for families looking for a blend of luxury and fun. This is a GREAT property! It’s right on the beach and has a private beach. I was upgraded to an ocean view which was a great surprise. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Brandon’s and loved the food. The French toast for breakfast was incredible. Would definitely come back and bring my family.

The pool area and beach front terrace were both designed beautifully. The lobby and restaurant as well with luxurious materials and furniture. This would be perfect for a destination wedding, party or conference. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel needs better front desk service
Let me start off by saying that the staff that works the beach area and bar area upstairs is phenomenal and they are running a tight ship however, the front desk and interior the rooms need some help. They did go through a new renovation but my room air-conditioning wasn’t work when I checked in, and the ceiling was peeling off in both rooms that. I also felt like for a resort stay even though it’s the middle of the summer the staff was not appropriately matched for service.
