Wonderful property
We stayed during Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. Property is very clean with lots of amenities. Kitchen well stocked. The golf cart was a lot of fun for our teens. Lots to do in just the gated community. We hope to be back!

Beautiful Property and Country Club
It is the perfect set up with bedrooms on opposite sites of the unit from each other. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Beautiful Country Club Resort with a ton of pools and hot tubs throughout. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home
This property was just like the pictures. Clean, bright, and did I say clean? The Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Both of the bathrooms looked to be recently updated. In fact, the entire unit appeared to be recently updated. We were adjacent to the #13 green so it was nice to sit outside and watch the golfers. We would stay here again for sure!!

Palm Desert stay
Very nice place. Clean, lots of amenities in the condo. Couldn't have asked for more. We did have a question and did email the contact, however we did not receive a response. Our question was later resolved so it was not a big issue.

Nice place, lacking a couple minor things
The place was as described. It was quiet and peaceful and right across from one of the pools. We we're only a group of two, but the master and guestroom we're on opposite sides of the living room which would be ideal for families or multiple couples traveling together. There enough linens and towels for us and the place was very clean. There was even bath soap and hand soap which some vacation rentals neglect to provide. Past visitors had left some non-perishable items on the pantry like pasta, napkins, liquor, and plenty of grocery bags. I don't think we used any of it, but it's better than the typical two spice bottles. Speaking of which, they had a really extensive collection of spices near the stove and in a drawer as well as all of the cookware and dinnerware you would need. Our name was on a reservation list at the entrance guard shack and they gave us a three day pass for our car and we were able to park in the driveway. The grass on the golf course was turning brown, the pool wasn't clean or heated, and only one of the pool gates worked. The stove and oven did not work, which I told have since been fixed, but we couldn't reach anybody to fix it during out two night stay. This was a bummer because we bought food to make dinner and breakfast. Thankfully we only live a few hours away so we brought the perishable items home with us. The listing advertises cable TV, but the service had been cancelled or payment had lapsed, so we watched a football game on a laptop. They do have good WiFi which was nice. We guess that the owners are only there in the winter so it had been at least sixth months since they were able to check on anything. Overall it was a nice stay, the issues I mentioned definitely did not ruin our weekend and the price is hard to beat in that area when you book as last minute as we did. But since we were expecting a stove and oven, cable, and the grounds to be better kept, I'm only giving it four stars.

We enjoyed a week here in early April, unit is clean and comfortable and nice to have the bedrooms on either side of the living room. Golf cart was a nice perk touring the resort. Owners were a pleasure to deal with, we`d stay here again.

Our stay at the condo was perfect. The condo is very well equipped, comfortable, and had an awesome patio for morning coffee or afternoon beverage. The pool and hot tub were right across the street. It was conveniently located to many restaurants and grocery stores. We would love to rent this condo again.

Far better than expected.
Great sized property which is extremely well equipped. For four people it is massive with two good sized bedrooms with two double beds in one room. We used the property at the beginning of May, the gated complex was quite with few people around. The closest swimming pool is less than a minutes walk and the second of the 20 pools on the complex is less than two minutes walk from the condo. Great in the late afternoon to watch the golfers pitching into the 13th green. This condo is in a really good position where you should not ever have to worry about a stray ball coming near the condo whereas there are some others adjacent to tees around the complex where the risk could be high. Played golf several times, as a renter the golf club gives a very decent discount twilight was $15 a round, The club house also rents clubs for those who don't want to carry there. Everything you could ever need is provided by the owner and we would definitely recommend this property.
