The well equipped and newly updated kitchen has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal! The living area is open with brand new furniture, 55 inch LG TV, and pull out dining table with seating for 6. Parking is in the Attached 2 car garage (for 2 compact cars) has ample sized stacked washer and dryer, along with a combination doggie shower/sink in tumbled stone!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed (2 USB ports on either side of headboard), 49 inch TCL smart TV, and access to the adjacent den/office space with twin sleeper chair.
Bedroom 2 has a King size bed (2 USB ports on either side of headboard), en suite bath, 49 inch TCL Smart TV, and patio access.

Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and Clubhouse. Membership is required to use Tennis and Pickleball courts. Great Property

Loved this location. Had everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were large. Quiet area. Very relaxing to wake up and drink coffee over looking the golf course and the Mountain View. Short drive to everything. Can’t wait to stay here again.

A great winter get away

We had a great time in this condo. For two weeks we golfed, hiked and enjoyed family grilling on the patio. Very well equiped kitchen everything you need. Stay here if you can!

Thanksgiving golf vacation

The condo was above our expectations! Clean, very comfortable, beds great, patio great, on the 17th hole, quiet, well stocked kitchen (but we didn't use it), I don't cook on vacation. Showers were perfect. Huge closets and the tvs had extra channels. Great lighting for reading! My only complaint... that Weight Watchers scale in the closet was WAY off!

REST FOR THE WEARY

We had 5 marvelous days in Palm Desert last week. The townhouse was in a beautiful and quiet community that was well maintained. The owners have available to their guests, everything that they would want when staying there. We not only felt refreshed and rested, but our friends who joined us the last couple days felt the same way. It was truly paradise - in a very hot climate.

Great stay in the desert

Stayed for 8 nights in April. It is well located in area with Freedom park just a stones throw away to play pickleball. Lots of courts and lit at night. Enjoyed the driving range in this complex. Very friendly staff at pro shop. Unit was very well appointed. All the kitchen and bathroom linen seemed to be brand new. Which was so appreciated after the place we rented last year had all stained kitchen linen…so gross!! Two very large bedrooms with lots of closet space. And large dresser to unpack our suitcases. Although we would have liked our own private pool we really enjoyed using the pool right across the road and met some lovely people there. Everything was explained really well so we had no questions. Really appreciated the cordless blower to keep patio clean. We were constantly impressed when comparing with the house we rented last year…..this was far superior.

Great for 2 couples

Although our trip began a day late due to the Southwest Airlines 2022 holiday meltdown, the condo was a bright spot. It was comfortable, well equipped, and fairly quiet (being on a golf course means there is some groundskeeping, but we were on Eastern Time so the early maintenance was okay). Wish we had more time to explore.

Amazing property.

Great location. Every morning I would go for a run and everyone I met was so friendly. Back patio is big and a great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching and waving at all the golfers. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Pool is directly across the street. I went to the pool everyday and was the only person there each time. There are many other pools around the property so they should never be over crowded.

Wonderful PalmDesert vacation!!

My husband and I spent 5 weeks in this beautiful rental unit. It was fabulous!!! The unit was immaculate, obviously it has been renovated and everything was very tasteful and high end for a rental unit. The kitchen was equipped with with everything we needed. The patio is huge and fenced which as great for our small dog. They even have a fire table on the patio which was lovely. I gave the unit a lower rating for the location as it is in a bit of a hit zone from the tee boxes. Overall it was fantastic and we hope to rent it again.

Resort Relaxation!

This property is everything the pictures show. The condo was VERY clean. Everything is well appointed. The kitchen had nice cooking utensils/dishes/2 types of coffee pots. The patio was great overlooking the 17th green. Met some nice people while playing pickleball. If you are considering this property, DO IT. They have thought of everything. Great stay!

You should check it out!

We enjoyed a recent stay here for 1 week. The place is charming and updated. We loved having the garage because we brought our bicycles along. Everything was well prepared and we would definitely enjoy visiting here again.

Convenient location

We stayed at this property for 8 days in March. Slightly older Palm Desert golf community, but nice. Good security. Property is on the 17 th fairway and short walk to pool. Saw other reviews that complained about traffic noise in Oasis. We never really noticed it. Inside is decent. Two BR, each with own bath. Good size and well equipped kitchen. Back patio is large and nice place to eat or gang out. There is no dining room table in this unit. Four bar stools at kitchen counter. Loved having a two car garage.
