This stylish six-bedroom oasis has it all: 3,650 square feet of elegance, a private pool and spa, your own sauna, and a cozy fireplace for late-night hangs. Plus, we've added an EV charger for a seamless arrival! Just minutes from Coachella Valley's hottest festivals, Acacia is the ultimate spot for making unforgettable memories with friends and family.

Outdoors:
A tropical oasis in the back yard! You'll never want to leave this extremely private vacation home. Lush lawn, palm trees, and lovely red hard-scape surround the heated pool, spa, and built-in fire pit with seating. The pool has a tanning shelf and a waterfall spillway from the spa and 11-foot cantilever umbrella. The custom fire pit has built-in seating so everyone has the perfect spot. There are several outdoor seating options at Acacia with 6 lounge chairs, a sitting area for 4 with outdoor flatscreen HDTV, and an outdoor dining table with built-in BBQ and bar, for those meals you want to enjoy alfresco. Clear out those pores in the standalone sauna.

Indoors:
The interior of this single-story home is 3650 square feet and is absolutely beautiful. It boasts a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, double oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and butler's pantry with sink and wine refrigerator. Gorgeous and well-planned interior with wood ceiling beams and pristine attention to detail. The game room is the ultimate fun spot with a poker table, gaming system with over 1000 games, and HDTV. There is kitchen bar seating for 3, the breakfast table accommodates 6, and the formal dining room seats 4 with 2 extra chairs if needed. The Great Room has a huge HDTV surrounded by an impressive stone wall with a built-in gas fireplace. There is also plenty of seating and a Blu-ray player.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located next to entrance doors and features a King-sized bed and Queen-sized sofa sleeper, HDTV, Blu-ray player, ceiling fan, and large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and his and her vanity sinks.

Casita Suite 2 is accessible through the front courtyard and features a King-sized bed, HDTV, switch-controlled ceiling fan, with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 features a Queen-sized Bed, Queen-sized sofa sleeper, HDTV, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 4 features a Queen-sized Bed, a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed with Twin-sized Trundle, HDTV, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 5 is located next to the from the door and features two Queen-sized beds, HDTV, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet. Bedroom 6 is located across the hall from bedroom 5 and features a King-sized bed, HDTV, couch, and large clothing dresser.

Standalone Bathrooms:
Bathroom 3 is across the hall from bedroom 4 and features a shower, bathtub combo and double-vanity sinks.

Beautiful house and great location!
My group enjoyed our stay at Acacia. The house is beautiful, the pool is heated, and overall is well equipped with everything you need. The house would benefit with updating the dishwasher, and some of the mattresses. Otherwise everything was great and the host was very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to the Empire Polo Club. My group was busy with various events throughout the day and wish we had more time to enjoy the house.

Birthday Celebration
I was so happy to celebrate my big birthday with my five girlfriends at this property. It was just a perfect location for us. The real setting was just as beautiful as the photos presented on the website. I loved the warmth of the jacuzzi and the sauna. We took advantage of all the comfortable amenities. I wish there were just a few more supplies like wash clothes, hand towels, dish soap and extra bed blankets, but otherwise everything was well organized and clean. The staff was very polite and responsive every time we contacted them. We will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our time at Acasia, the house set up was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Walking distance to Empire Polo Club. Only issues were the cleanliness upon arrival (was pretty bad, dirty, dusty, garbage, stains, etc) and how "used" the outdoor furniture was. I think the cleaning crew was in a hurry the day before we arrived. Overall it was great but could use a deep cleaning & an outdoor refresh (and we are not overly picky about that stuff). We did have a lot of fun.

Had a Great Time!
Brought the family to celebrate a birthday, and everyone was very impressed with the space. Poker table needs to be leveled, and the spa jets are a little on the weak side - but otherwise everything is stellar. Stocked kitchenware, plenty of towels and welcoming beds made our time in the home a delight. Was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the garage which was perfect for our backup bottled water through the warm days. Would happily revisit!

House was not prepared for our arrival. Property is pet friendly, however previous tenants failed to clean up after their dogs and cleaning crew didn’t do any better. Outside trash cans were full, garbage disposal had not been run and food was visible in the drain. Pool had algae along the wall near water feature. Non-stick pans, cooking utensils, bed linen need to be replaced. Issued a warning for false parking violation.

Overall very good, a few shortcomings
Overall the property was very good. Spacious, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, very nice outdoor space and pool, decent grill. Property manager was responsive to a cleaning mistake and a leaky faucet. Shortcomings were few kitchen utensils, very well used pots and pans, and a tired dishwasher.

Great property, well supplied home with lots to enjoy. We had some minor issues which were immediately taken care of. Only disappointment was the February weather...cold, windy and wet!! Not Vacanza's fault!! Lots of great restaurants in the area as well. Would definitely rent this home again!

It's been almost a year since we stayed here, don't know why I'm just now being asked to review. I recall this house being just fine, nothing to really complain about, but things were just a little worn. I recall some small issues in the kitchen (can't remember specifics, maybe a dishwasher rack that didn't roll right? That kind of thing). But it was all minor inconveniences,.nothing that significantly negatively affected our stay.

Girls Trip
Me and some long time friends from Elementary, Middle and High School get together twice a year for a girls trip. This year was my year to find a beautiful home that would it up to 10-12 people. This home was so beautiful, clean plenty of rooms, bathrooms and space to enjoy great conversations. The beds were very comfortable no complaints from my group. The kitchen had everything needed and if there was any questions management responded quickly. The pool and outdoor patio was perfect we all had a great time, and will plan to visit again. Spacious and comfortable
The house had some wow-factors when you enter the gated community and the front door. Clearly, it is a very spacious home with 6 bedrooms, plenty of beds, games, pool, outdoor patio, etc. We olny stayed 2 nights, and we did a lot of outdoor activities, so I don't think we got to fully enjoy the property. I think the most informative question would be, "Would we return to this property again?" And the answer is a definite, "Yes." Oh, we also had very quick and clear communication from the manager. That was a huge plus.

Great house!
This was a great property but the beds advertised on VRBO are not accurate, one room has a couch with pull out bed that we were banking on using during our stay and the room was not large enough to take out the bed with the existing bed in the room. Also would like to see better and more necessity items like dish soap and hand soap and oil and vinegar etc.
