Everything was good, the only thing was our AC, it was not cools enough even when they went and check it. We just stay one night. Staff was amazing, super friendly and attentive.

I checked in on Sunday around 5 pm. My room smelled like a cross between dirty socks and vomit. I checked out 45 minutes later and they still charged me $100 pet fee for being in the room 45 mins. I would never stay here again. Marriott do better!

It advertised Netflix in the room however it only worked if you have a Netflix account . I could not use my iPad because of horrible wifi. The rooms are outdated . My daughter and I both had rooms and they could not get rooms together or on the same floor. My daughter’s room was a king suite and it was the room with seat in shower for handicapped and that’s not what she requested. You can only get food 7-10am or 5-10pm and the chef does not come everyday so you can’t always get freshly cooked meals.. I would never stay there again

Our first time staying at the Palm Desert Courtyard by Marriott, but won’t be our last! We enjoyed everything about this hotel from the friendly staff to the spacious king suite, the pool, and dining options. The property and its surroundings are extremely quiet and is in a convenient location near the 10 freeway. We will definitely stay here again!
