The front desk manager was so kind to give me and my partner an upgrade to a Suite and it was a beautiful room with a fireplace! I recommend this resort for your next vacay! Nice hotel near downtown amenities.
My room wasn't ready at check-in and delayed for 1 hour but other than that I was happy with the cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel. The restaurant service was excellent and friendly and we hope to come back again.

It took us almost 1.5 hrs to check in, the don’t have enough concierge to help with the check in and they gave us the right room. Me and my friend booked a 2 queen beds room but we ended up getting a king bed instead. It’s not just us but multiple guests got a wrong room.

The bathroom was not as expected, water was splashing out of the shower since it doesn’t close completely and same thing with the sink. Check in was at 4, my room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. The line just to check in took over 30min. Ridiculous
