Horrible manager and staff: the manager is not only sexist, but rude and disrespectful. I am a single woman traveling with my dog. After staying 3 nights there, I wanted to extend my stay and paid online for the fees. They thought that it was suspicious that I stay and asked me to leave! When I dared expressing my disicontentment, they locked my dig and my luggage in the room!!! I wanted to call the police but they did! Horrible people. I now have to file a complaint for staying at this hotel full of crazy people.

The hotel was advertised as something it was not. For the price paid for the room the value was extremely low. I chose a "deluxe" room for extra money and it was no different than any other room. I'm sure there are better places to stay in Palm Springs for the same amount of money.

Great property, just the right size and conveniently located. Property is well maintained, good ambience, and friendly staff. The only drawback was the property advertised their pool as heated pool, and the water was extremely cold, temperature of the water was not warm enough to enjoy taking a swim.

Hotel not as advertised. Noisy as hell, hotel offered no options on rooms when the parking lot is almost empty. Also, this is the 3rd time Expedia/hotel puts guests in the worst part of the hotel. I am finding it’s best to book the room with the hotels directly and Expedia can re-evaluate their contracts with venders. This is becoming a joke.
