Shuttle service was unacceptable

Rooms were excellent. The only most important problem was shuttle service. My husband is handicapped and the shuttles often left us standing out in the hot sun for over 1/2 hour. Last year there was multiple golf carts in addition to the shuttle bus driving around. Not this year. Also my daughter and her baby were left standing out in the sun as well. And yes we did text requesting service.

+ very friendly and helpful golf cart drivers; great views, spacious and peaceful; shower great and white tea shampoo, conditioner, body wash - limited room food and amenities, expensive. If cash was available we would have tipped staff every time--no cash front desk and very limited opportunities to break largerbills. Your employees would benefit if guests could slip them smaller bills!

The Westin is an absolute charm. The entire staff, from the life guards, to the housekeeping personnel, and especially the team at Agave; Kevin and Jeremiah always take such good care of the guests. They are quick, attentive, and genuinely great at what they do. This is our second stay, just for this year, and we will continue to come back because it is such a gem. Thank you for the hospitality.

Beautiful property. Pools and pool bar were great. Room very spacious. Our only negative comments: (1) no restaurant open for breakfast; (2) bar is open only until 8 p.m. and (3) we used the fold-out couch, but the bed sheets and blanket were too small to fit the sofa bed. Other than that, great, relaxing vacation.
