The only thing I didnt like was the lanai. No one cleaned it and leaves were every where & even on the chairs. It looked dusty so we didnt sit outside on the chairs. Other than that the room was great.

Very nice place. Shuttle service from your room to main office was nice. Liked the small patio off the room. A/C was cold which is good being in the desert. Only one gripe and that was the bath tub. Was way too small for me, 6’ tall, and had a weird slope on the inside and I couldn’t stand in it very well. I kept feeling like I was going to fall.

They don’t answer their phone at the front desk and they don’t provide housekeeping. We stayed for 4 days and didn’t receive housekeeping, even when we called to request. No fresh towels. Bloodstains on the bedsheets. Disgusting.

We loved our stay at the Westin! My Kids had a blast with the pool, arcade and bowling alley. You were even able to walk a dog around the hotel.
