Laketown Wharf 1333 offers a lake view from the balcony as well as a central Panama City Beach loacation with the beach and Pineapple Willys located directly across the street. 24 hour security is available where you will pickup up your wrist bands and parking pass. Convenient walkovers from the parking garage allow for easy elevator access. Walmart, Wonderworks, and Ripleys are within walking distance as well as a good selection of restaurants. The first floor of the condo unit includes Juan Taco and The Wharf restaurant. Newly opened is 810 Billiards and Bowling which offers arcade, bowling, billiards, ax and dart throwing, and sports simulators. Food and drinks available as well as many TV's to watch your sporting events. This spacious condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a comfortable king bed and a 43" TV in each br. There is a sofa sleeper in the family room plus twin bunks in the hallway nook. FR has a 55" TV! Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with new range, microwave, and refridgerator. This unit has a new washer and dryer also. The oversized balcony is a great place to relax and watch the nightly musical water show. The many amenities include 5 POOLS! 1 heated, 1 kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs and a two story fitness center.

Additional fees for Cleaning, Upon booking, you will receive an email to register guests by individual name and you will pay for property fees at that time which cover use of pools, parking, and fitness facility.

Once registered, you can print your parking passes. If you arrive without parking pass, you will be provided a temporary pass until you can get pass printed at Concierge Desk (open 9am - 10pm).

Wristbands will be located on the kitchen counter. These wristbands are reusable; they must be left in the unit on the counter upon departure. There will be a $35 charge for each missing wristband. Wristbands must be replaced if lost for $25 at the Concierge desk. Please be responsible with the bands so we can keep the costs associated with the bands to a minimal level.

Perfect!!! Great views great staff!! The Condo was clean and very spacious! This will be my go to Room every time we go to Panama City!! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful we got there early and she let us in two hours ahead of check in.

Condo was nice, nothing bad to say about it. But the resort itself needs to do something about the elevators a couple are scary besides you might wait an hour to get on one which makes it extremely hard when your checking in with all your baggage plus everyday with beach stuff. Check in was easy just getting everything to your place is the challenge. Many people complaining about roaches threw out the resort not just a few bugs like infestation which made us nervous. But our condo was clean thank goodness! Beach is fairly easy to get to which was great! Lots of friendly people around.

Easy. This property was easy to rent, to find and it was what it says it is on the app. The only thing was the elevators on the property. There is not enough of them for the amount of people in this complex. So if you rent at Laketown Whraf, be prepared to wait on the elevators.

Excellent location for spring break with family!
Over all we had a great experience staying here! It was conveniently located to many of the areas top restaurants and attractions! I loved that we were across the street from Pineapple Willy’s! We loved the great selection of pools. We even used the fitness center located on the 3rd floor. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Comfortable condo in a great location!
The condo was clean and comfortable & the owner was easy to reach and very nice! Laketown Warf staff was friendly as well and there is plenty to do within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and clean in this area too. Only negative was the long waits for the elevators at times (but we stayed during spring break time so that didn't help). Overall I would highly recommend this place!

We were in town for a cheer competition. We enjoyed our stay at the condo! We had everything we needed in the condo and then some. The condo was a perfect fit for our family. Walmart is within walking distance, which is great if you're forgetful like me. Elevators can be quite slow during busy times of the day, just be patient. Thanks for everything! This place was perfect! The location is great. The room is big & spacious, we fit 8 adults & 4 kids perfectly & still had enough room to relax. Communication with the owner was top notch, she fulfilled my every want & need for this family trip. The elevators were slow but that’s to be expected in Panama City at any big condominium. The beds could use some love but I still have no real complaints!

Great stay
This property was a great location, very close to the beach with private walkway. The resort is nice, awesome pools and onsite restaurants. This room was as described, we loved the lake view. The lake is home to a big gator, fish, and turtles. We would spend hours relaxing in the balcony watching them. The condo was well stocked and very clean. Some of the furniture could use updating ( as with any rental property). Overall we will definitely book here again. Being on the 13th floor gave us an awesome view. The balcony furniture was so nice also. Owners were very easy to work with.

Great Stay! Great Location! Great Weather!
Property was totally accurate in description and is well taken care of and comfortable. It has everything that you need. It fit our family of 5, including 3 teenagers very well. Location is great for just about everything. As we vacationed during the “offseason” not everything was open, but the elevators were not a problem either. Beach is close, pools are clean and nice, golf courses close, not crowded, and in good shape. We really enjoyed the restaurants down in Panama City Harbor area. No problem finding places to eat or things to do. Really liked the Fountain Show that resort does each night. A good way to settle down from very active days. All in all it’s a GREAT CONDO in a nice resort.
