In addition to stunning gulf views from our 1st floor beachfront condo (with large balcony off living and master bedroom), and the regular Dunes amenities, we have unique amenities to make your vacation special:
• Carefree check in so that you go right to this home
• Large covered balcony with access from the living room and the master bedroom
• Living room seats 6 with 55” Flat Screen TV and has a brand new furniture including a queen sleeper sofa!
• Dining Area has a large table that seats 6.
• Fully equipped Kitchen including blender, coffeemaker, and toaster .
• Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 42” Flat Screen TV
• Master Bath has combination tub/shower
• 2nd Master has FULL bed and a set of bunk beds as well as a 32” flat screen TV

Relaxing with a beautiful view

We have stayed at The Dunes of Panama for over 10 years in different condos. We have also enjoyed our stay. You won’t be disappointed by the property and amenities. We loved the straight on view of the pool and ocean. The patio area off the living room was wonderful. The condo its self was very clean and had everything we needed. I will say the smaller bathroom area is small since the washer and dryer are also in there. The shower doesn’t have any place for the soap and shampoo. Installing something would be an easy fix. Also, watch your head when loading the laundry from the washer to the dryer. I hit my head on the dryer door a few times until I decided to use the curtain to hold the door back. Also ! The covered parking spot is right next to the stairs ( that are brand new. We couldn’t use them due to construction, but much appreciated that they are now new) Overall, the stay was lovely. We would definitely consider this space for another stay in PCB !

We really enjoyed the location! Beautiful view and on the first floor! Everyone was so noce and we loved the Snaky tiki. I think the place is showing some wear on kitchen cabinets and bathroom. All normal things that can easily be done. It was perfect for us.

Great Place

This was the first time staying at The Dunes of Panama and we weren’t sure what to expect. We loved it! The unit was clean, well stocked with kitchen necessities, covered parking came with the unit which was really nice. The pool areas were clean with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Plenty of places to eat and shop within a few miles. Beach area was clean and was a short walk from the unit. We will stay here again!

Amazing vacation spot!

Our whole vacation was absolutely amazing! The condo was everything we wanted and location was close to everything. Dunes of Panama was perfect. We spent most of our time at the pools and the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Beach side condo, steps from the water!

Our stay here, 7 nights 8 days, was perfection. Clean and roomy, fit our family of 7 perfectly. View of the ocean was beautiful (huge patio) and walk to the beach was short. We will definitely be back! Only thing I will mention, for future visitors with small kids, there is no indoor lock on the front door. Kids can open it at any time, without issue. Just heads up if you have little ones.

Ive been staying at dunes of panama a couple years now and i love it. This specific property was great. Beds were soft. We were given our own personal parking spot. We arrived 4 hours early and typically we have to sit on the beach and wait. But they allowed us early check in and we were so happy about this

Beautiful place and location!

Check in was extremely easy with the text message being received as soon as the unit was available. The covered parking was really nice. Location was great. Visit Finns across the street for great coffee, fresh breakfast and lunch.

Beach Vacation

We had a family reunion at the Dunes in Panama City. We chose this unit because it met most of our check list. It was clean and no carpet. We even were able to check in 3 hours early, which was a big deal to us after traveling for over 6 hours. Door combination key was super convenient.

Enjoyed our stay

Took 2 of grandkids to PCB and stayed at the Dunes, B106. Very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. Had some issues with all the TV’s but Connie came on over with new remotes which fixed most issues. Super convenient to beach and pool. Would surely recommend to others.

Nice vacation spot

Overall, a nice place to stay. The view was better than we had anticipated, the unit was roomy and comfortable, the resort as a whole was nice and clean, location was good. The unit could use a few updates (towel rack on porch is falling apart and rusty, almost all TV remote batteries were dead and couldn’t get the TV in bunk bed room to work. It wasn’t a huge issue for us but should be looked at, hall bathroom needs updates). Would definitely book here again.
