This condo offers breathtaking views and is located at Majestic Beach Resort, Tower 2, 14th floor (unit 1402). Come watch dolphins at sunset from a double balcony! Kitchen remodeled in July 2016 now features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
Tastefully furnished, w/ fully stocked kitchen. Sleeps 6.

Very Nice Short Weekeend Stay!

Wonderful Place
The condo was very nice and inviting! The furniture was comfortable and sturdy. Having extra blankets and beach chairs, etc. was a great touch. The master bedroom and bathroom was spacious and up to date.

First vacation with family in years
The stay was amazing. The view from the 14th floor was stunning. My father in law who had a stroke a few years ago has severe mobility issue and this condo was perfect. We were able to move him around in a wheel chair with hardy no issues at all. Wish the weather could had been a little better but that’s out of our control. Thanks again for a awesome vacation.

I don’t think the pics did the condo justice. We were pleased!
The only thing I could say negative is the seating in the living room. Had we brought another couple the seating would have been tight but our plans weren’t to spend the whole time in the condo so it worked out!

The property was just like the pictures. The fridge had a lot of things left behind by what we assumed were previous guests. Our only complaint would be the beds. The view is stunning and the resort is in a great location.

It’s all about the view
This 14th floor condo has the breathtaking view you would expect and includes the private beach and pools. Beach towels, chairs and floats are also provided, which is great. The condo itself is a bit worn and dated but was comfortable for the five of us.

Just a VRBO with a nice view
I stayed in a VRBO on the beach last year and it was spectacular, and makes it kind of hard for me to rate this one fairly. I do say again it is a pretty nice VRBO with plenty of room on the beach with an amazing view. They have some decent amenties in the kitchen. The negatives the shower head in the master bedroom needs to be updated, having to worry if I left the shower door open after every shower when I was away from the room. Rules and regulation, on how and when to operate the air conditioner. Cleaning the kitchen and straightening everything the way we found it is is a very reasonable request, but I should not have to take care of the linen at checkout, when you are charging a cleaning fee. There also need to be more towels and wash cloths in the room. The parking garage is awful, tight spaces, no problem for my small car, but these huge trucks, parking on the lines or sometimes in my lane when I come back for my car. People speed through the garage, you really have to watch for them.

Perfect!
We had a wonderful stay! The condo is older fashioned but very clean! The beds were comfortable and we will definitely stay here again! It had everything we needed. The only thing to add is, thankfully I read reviews before I came and saw that people said to bring a fan for the main room. VERY good advice! The humidity is ridiculous so it’s sticky everywhere you go and I hate sleeping hot. We brought a fan and I slept like a baby! Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed everything about the stay. Location was wonderful. I would definitely come back. Only thing is I would update the beds and couch. Very uncomfortable to sleep and sit down on. Ceiling fan needs to be in the master bedroom it gets to hot and muggy in there.

Perfect time to be at the beach. Weather was nice and it was not crowded. Owner communicated all info needed. Condo was as described and we had best views of the ocean / beach. Best water pressure in master shower ever! Will stay here again.
