Very large spacious condo. The queen beds are pretty rough-it says they are new but they are not. There was no hot water in the large master bath tub. The washer and dryer are wonderful and the unit was clean, just needs some paint and a little bit of TLC. Overall very nice and lots of space!

The condo is great! It’s spacious. The only thing is there’s not enough bowls and cooking pans for 10. Also, the elevators at tidewater are awful. Waited 45 mins some days. Good thing we were on floor 9 but I can’t imagine being higher

we arrived ten minutes early i called they said they were finishing up the room so we sat outside the room and no one ever came out then our door code didn’t work and had to sit and wait forever then half way through our stay door code quit again!! toaster didn’t work had sand in the beds and tubs weren’t very clean the toilet leaked water on the floor in the hall the lights kept blinking we have came there for 3 years now and this i would say was one of the worst stays

Loved our view!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tidewater!! We had a 3 bedroom 3 bath on the 9th floor. We had 6 adults and 3 children in our family. Plenty of room for everyone. We never had problems with the elevators like I saw in other reviews. We took advantage of the amenities like the indoor pool at night and the theater. Oh and also Starbucks!!! We had a wonderful time at the beach. We definitely stay here again!!

Elevator nightmare!!

Thr condo we rented was beautiful and the guest service was great. But the elevators were horrible. My elderly mother who uses a cane and wife at one time waited 45 minutes for a elevator and this ldefinitely was the worst part of the trip and we won't be returning to Tidewater Resort again until the issue is resolved.

Horrible elevators

The place is clean & nice & staff is excellent! The amenities are wonderful if management would fix the elevator situation & get them all working properly. We waited a half an hour each time, we went in or out. The pools need to be heated. They were like ice & we couldnt even use them the whole trip. Very frustrating, waste of our time!! I wont ever book this place again.

The condo is very spacious! Bed are comfortable! The first day we got there the master bedroom and other room smelled like cigarettes smoke but I think the people above us were smoking! It went away! The kitchen sink needs to be replaced! We had a great time! The elevator wasn’t to bad!

Beautiful Property! Everything was just like the pictures. My only complaint is they really lacked dishes for us to cook with and the ones they have there are so cheap we burned all of our meals. I would advise you to bring pots and pans. Other than that the property was very clean and appeared to be just like it’s photos

Great Family Vacation

Very spacious unit for 8 adults & 2 children!!!! The only trouble was the washer/dryer appliance!!! Took to long to get our clothes dried but that didn’t stop us from having a great time.

Everything about the condo was great, updated, comfortable beds & everything worked BUT & this is a big but, elevator situation is not acceptable!! This is not peak season & can’t imagine what it will be like in another month! It will keep me from staying at the Tidewater again!!

My guest requested a early check in a late checkout. The manager was generous in accommodating both request. There was a issue with the elevators availability. However, we have stayed at Tidewater prior and is aware of the elevator issue. There was a dirty sock in the middle of the dining room upon arrival. There was also a few pots that had black marks / stains in them. Since there is hardware floors in the unit it would be recommended to have a broom or dust mob just to keep up the unit. The refrigerator cold tray was broken. The refrigerator last door shelf was also broken. It would not hold any weight. I would stay in this unit again. However, I felt it was advisable to inform the owner of any issues that we experienced during our stay.

Great, roomy condo

3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Great view of the ocean. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Condo was very clean and roomy for 9 people! Several people had complained about the elevators, but we didn’t have any problems. Would stay here again!

Great condo, if your willing to wait up to 30 min for an elevator at prime times

We have stayed at Tidewater before and enjoyed our experience, so we decided to book this spot again. Check in was a mess, there was only 1 person working; trying her best to accommodate the hoard of people at check-in. We finally get to the elevators where we waited 15 minutes for an elevator to become available. When we got to the room, it was stifling hot...someone turned the ac off and just had the fan running. Everything was clean except the load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher. View was very nice.

Don't Do It!

The condo was clean and it was roomy enough to fit my family. However; the room never got cooled even at night. The Master bedroom bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. One bed was missing a comforter. The door to go to the balcony was very loud and only the men in the condo could get it to open. I would not recommend this condo.

Panama City Beach stay

The property overall was very nice, including the staff. The beach and the pool areas were very well kept. Also, to rent a cart to transport your luggage from the garage to your condo, make sure you have your drivers license to hand over for collateral. The condo itself was decent, pretty much just like the pictures online. There were a few issues with the kitchen area (refrigerator, dishwasher & cabinets) but not enough to the point that it ruined our stay. The couches were a little out dated so our children slept on air mattresses. Overall, we were not in the condo enough to enjoy it due to being out on the beach all day and night. But I would recommend it, just make sure to keep in contact with the renter for any issues.
