Great location
Location of property is about a mile away from the more crowded areas of PCB. It is an older property, but well maintained. It was a great experience for our son’s first trip to the beach.

We just left Randy's condo in Panama City Beach and once again, it was a fantastic stay! This condo is perfect for our family, and we look forward to coming back every year. Randy is always so attentive, ensuring everything is just right. The condo is spotless, the view is amazing, and the amenities make our stay even more enjoyable. We have been staying at Randy's condo in Florida every year, and it is absolutely perfect for our family! The condo is always impeccably clean, and Randy is incredibly attentive to all our needs. The view is stunning, and having all the amenities available is such a bonus. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommend! Definitely 5 stars!

Wonderful location outside of all the main attractions! Amazing views. Private beach access so it was never crowded! Condo is older but still was great! Overall was a great, relaxing experience!! Already planning to come back next year and stay at the Pelican!

Great experience
I have stayed at Pelican walk many times over the years. I found this listing on VRBO and was very excited that it was available. Being on the 2nd floor near the elevator was very convenient as I had my mom who uses a walker and my 2 year old grand daughter. The host was amazing !! We had great communication and he even provided early check as he was aware of the situation with my mom. I would highly recommend!!

Perfect beach stay!
Location was perfect and we loved our view and proximity to the beach. Great amenities at the condo including tennis and pool table and appreciated grabbing floats from the beach toy library. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony watching the pool and the beach. Great king bed!

Perfect for us!
2 older adults + 9 yo granddaughter stayed 3 days. Property has a great location, condo is on 2nd floor and so is handy to steps or elevator. Everything was in working order and comfortable. Pool land grounds were clean.

Great experience for a great price!!
First, let me say, Randy was terrific to deal with! He was accessible and accommodating, and very much made me feel like he was a family member letting us use his place. To me, the person you have to communicate with can make or break the whole deal, and he made certain we had all we needed well in advance for a smooth check in and peaceful stay. As for the room itself, you couldn’t ask for a better deal for the money. Clean, comfortable bed, necessities in bath and kitchen. If you’re looking for premier, top of the line with all the updates, you’ll need to double your budget and stay elsewhere. But, if you’re looking for a nice, clean and comfortable place to stay with a view of the ocean and access to all the beach “places to go,” then you’ll love it here. Pictures do reflect what you’ll find when you stay in the unit.

Overall we enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach. Furniture was in good condition. I would recommend replacing the king size mattress and totally replacing the carpet in the bedroom with LVP- just makes for a cleaner presence overall. Check behind your cleaning crew because dishes were put away that weren’t clean. Give it a fresh update with paint. Again we did enjoy our stay.

Best PCB Vacation yet!
From the moment we arrived to this condo, we fell in love with the space, the proximity to the pool, and the beautiful view of the ocean. It was perfect. We had literally everything we needed, plenty of room for our family, towels and toiletries, and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and the furniture relaxing. Everything was clean and tidy. We will definitely be bringing our family back soon! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
