Unit 230 is located on the 2nd floor of the highly desired Shore of Panama condo tower in Panama City Beach. This condo is one of the rare units directly overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Wake up or go to bed with the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. This unit has great views from the private balcony to watch dolphins, enjoy the beautiful Panama City Beach sunset, or just people-watching on the beach. The unit is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, steps away from the beach & and the best pool in Panama City Beach.

No need to wait 15-30+ minutes for elevators like you need to do on the higher floors or at other properties in Shores of Panama or Panama City Beach. Go down one flight of stairs to go down to the beach or pool area instead of wasting time waiting on an elevator (check the feedback in our reviews). There is even reserved parking on the 2nd floor of the covered garage so you can skip the elevator on the way to and from your car.

The Wave House is a condo within Shores of Panama that offers stunning direct beachfront views from the entire kitchen and living area. The condo is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new flooring throughout, and updated decor. The master bedroom offers an on-suite king bed & bathroom, twin bed bunk area with on-suite bathroom, & a pull-out couch with queen-sized bed. The condo also has a washer & dryer.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. I was told there was 2 bedrooms and there was only 1 plus the bunkbeds, that threw us off a little. Overall the balcony view and the access to pool was very convenient. I was also impressed with the quietness of the condo even when there was a large crowd on the beach and pool areas.

It's the best one so far!

Looking through the comments before booking, I wondered if that is true, and yes, it is. The place is clean and has everything that you need. The location is more than five stars, close to the pool and the beach. Cassandra and Antonio are so friendly; they recommended a restaurant and places to visit before the day we came, which is so lovely. Also, the explanation of the rules was obvious and perfectly lined up for us to understand. The mattresses were not too hard, just right for sleeping. The bathrooms had enough towels and soap. I recommend them if you want a nice vacation with your family on the beach with a cozy balcony.

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s, but this one is by far one of the best! The view of the beach from the private balcony is amazing. We didn’t realize it was going to be Spring Break when we booked a week to celebrate our anniversary, but that made it all the better since we love watching people. We had a front row seat to the beach, the waves, the people and the beautiful sunsets. The beach is very clean and the white sand is so nice for long walks.The unit is clean, updated, comfortable and has all the amenities of home. It’s conveniently located right next to Pineapple Willy’s restaurant/pier and within walking distance to multiple stores and other restaurants. The elevator serves 23 floors, so it was great being able to quickly get on and off by only traveling one floor.I would definitely recommend this unit for your next vacation. Everything from the initial booking to the final check-out was flawless. The owners do an amazing job to ensure you have all the information you need for a smooth transition so you can take the time to enjoy your vacation without any stress or problems. This place is 5-stars without any question!

Weekend getaway

We booked this condo for our family. The location was great because it is right on the beach and within walking distance from Pineapple Willy’s and Walmart. The kids really enjoyed the pool area. There is plenty of things to do for everyone. The only thing I did not like was that the sofa was very stained. It could use a bit of deep cleaning. But overall, everything was great and clean.

As we were driving down to PCB area from Canada, we had a lot of questions. The owners were quite helpful and answered any questions that we had as well as some helpful beach knowledge. Check in was really easy, and security was quite helpful. The assigned parking spot is amazing as it's on the same floor as the unit we stayed in which makes moving things in from the car a snap (pro tip -> bring a beach cart for groceries!). The balcony view in my opinion can't be beat, and the location from the unit to the pool and the beach is AWESOME! Coffee in the am on the balcony was fantastic, and if you like plane watching you'll get some pretty cool fly-by's. Literally the only item I would suggest is for people to bring a beach tent, because you'll end up spending a lot more time on the beach than you think! Pack lots of suntan lotion and enjoy!

Overall nice stay room was as it was listed property owners were great ! Loved the assigned parking spot nice to know you have a spot on your room floor level. Never used the elevator just a short flight of steps to pool and beach! Only negative thing would be property “security” needs to chill people are on vacation and paid good money to stay at this property had to give my drivers license for a luggage cart we had a cooler out by the pool and were told no coolers allowed they made such a big deal about it (nowhere in the pool rules does it say you can’t have a cooler) I believe this was property way of wanting guests to buy drinks from the tiki bar later that night kids were jumping and doing flips off the bridge into 4ft of water where was “security” then. They were telling some guests to get out of the hot tubs why I’m not sure guess they thought they’d been in long enough. Also the trash shoot was full and the trash room floor was covered in trash to the point it was spilling out into the walkway.
