C406 is a two bedroom standard floor plan that will accommodate up to six guests with a spacious 1050 sq. feet, fully furnished.
The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The dining area includes a table that seats four, along with the bar area that seats three. Kitchen is fully quipped and has nice cabinets, granite counter tops, and appliances.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a fully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is carpet flooring in both bedrooms and tile floors throughout the remainder, a washer/dryer, and the balcony is furnished with a small table, two chairs, and a lounge chair.
This condo has one private covered parking space. The C building faces sideways so you are overlooking the pool and looking west/down the beach instead of directly at it. You can still see the water and it has an amazing view of the sunset.
