C503 is a two bedroom standard floor plan that accommodates up to eight guests with a spacious 1050sq. feet, fully furnished.
The living room has a large flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, Sofa is equipped with a Queen size sofa sleeper, a recliner and stationary chair and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The dining area includes a table that seats four, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped & renovated with new cabinets/counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is a washer/dryer in the condo and tile flooring throughout. The balcony includes four chairs, a table and a lounge chair. The "C" building faces sideways so you are overlooking the pool and looking west/down the beach instead of directly at it. You can still see the water and it has an amazing view of the sunset.
